I placed my order. They deducted my payment immediately, however have not received products! Have emailed them several times and even sent facebook messenger messages. NO RESPONSE. There is NO telephone number to contact them. I believe this company is a SCAM.

Its a scam. Out $45. Don't do it.

Ordered on 11/26 and still not a word on 12/18. The company WILL NOT respond to any emails and it’s amazing how fast they were able to take my money. I’m really hoping it’s not a scam because they have ads all over Facebook and Instagram. This gift would mean the world to my mother; i swear she loves that dog more than she loves me. It looks like almost everybody else is having the same experience with this company and I’m losing hope that the product will come on time for Christmas or even come at all. I’m very disappointed...

I placed an order on 11/30/17 and it is 12/17/17 and still have not received my item. The link provided to check the status of my item leads to nothing.
This has potentially ruined my Christmas gift for my boyfriend.
These people will not even respond to me emails.
Time to report them to the BBB.

What a nightmare! I ordered my necklaces on 11/6/17. Plenty of time for delivery by Christmas. As of today, 12/17/17, I still have not received my order. I have emailed the company several times, and checked the tracking which has not been updated since 12/6/17. This is just ridiculous. No company should be able to operate like this. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! Great idea for a gift, but the worst company ever!

Placed order 11/24/17, received shipping notification on 12/06/17 and received the necklace on 12/13/17. Was perfectly beautiful and exactly what i expected. I didnt see the reviews until after the order and I did get a little nervous, but things went exceptionally smooth!! Very very happy with my purchase!!

This company is honestly the worst company I’ve ever dealt with! They were super quick to take my money out but can’t even respond to my emails to find where my product is that I purchased over a month ago!! This site is a scam, just feeding off of your emotions knowing pet lovers would die for a gift like this !

This place is terrible. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE! I ordered three necklaces and the very same day I cancelled because I saw reviews on how terrible they were. They kept saying that they couldn't cancel and it was in "production." I kept asking to show me proof that it was in "production" and they could not show me anything showing that had started it. I had to reach out to my credit card company and they are helping me dispute it. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!

Ordered my pillow for a Christmas present on November 7th, it is now mid December and no updates on the product or anything. I tried emailing and received no response, pretty sure this is a scam.

I would love to purchase a beautiful engraved necklace but it won’t let me upload any photo I choose they are all high quality and full body of pet I’m very upset

I purchased a key chain from this company as a birthday gift for a dear friend that lost her dog. I wanted to get her something that would remind her of him. I ordered my key chain the way I wanted it. It took over a month to reach my house and when I opened the package it was done wrong. A little upset I emailed right away to let them know and in response from them was it was not their fault and they wanted me to pay $10 to send back to them because they are loosing money to fix their error. What??? I do recommend that everyone just Google a different company to do the job correctly. Buyer's be aware! Don't waste your time or money.

I placed an order spending more than I thought the item should cost, but because it made an amazing gift for a loved one, decided to splurge. In emailing to request the status of my order since the tracking on the website didn't provide any useful information, I was told my item would be made in a couple days. It has now been almost a month and I can't seem to get replies from the company. I have requested a refund- we'll see where that gets me.
