5 stars for My Pool Direct. I have had my swimming pool for about 8 weeks now. So smooth from start to finish. Extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble.

We’ve had our pool for a year now. We love it! Craig was amazing. He advised us throughout the whole process, Karen, Fi and Yvette helped guiding us on design and installation. Would recommend 100%. Very trustworthy company and we are now sorting our Enclosure.

My Pool Direct were extremely helpful when it came to choosing my garden swimming pool. With so many options avaialble, it was difficult to choose, My Pool Direct made the process simple. Looking forward to using it in the summer.

I recently got a pool from My Pool Direct, and honestly, it's been fantastic! They made everything super easy, right from the start.

The pool came with everything – the filtration system, energy-saving pumps, and even LED lights that look amazing at night. Setting up the pool was a breeze, especially with the delivery and installation team being so professional and efficient.

Maintenance? No sweat! The pump and filter keep my pool crystal clear without me having to do much. Plus, it's pretty cool how energy-efficient everything is – good for the planet and my wallet.

We Purchased a ceramic coated Fiberglass pool set up from MY POOLS DIRECT back last year and had In installed into our garden .
I have to say the pool is fantastic and built to a strong industrial standard along with all the fixtures and fittings .
Also the after sales from my pools direct have been amazing , they were only every a phone call away right throughout the installation, advising and guiding us on the correct procedures.

I would highly recommend my pools direct, they made our dream of having a pool in our garden a very easy process.

After nearly two years of the pool being in the ground it still looks as good as the day it arrived and we couldn’t be happier.

The team were really helpful right from the start, down to earth and answered all our questions. Some other pool companies didn't even call us back! Very informative and the lead times were very quick.

Ordered a pool from Craig and Karen, great product, superb service and always there to answer questions. Thanks to them I went for a salt water pool with a digital controller leaving me to enjoy the pool and not testing water levels every week.
Also the integrated cover that gives 27C today on the 7th of September is just amazing, and easy to cover for a nice look.

We purchased our pool last year, found Craig and Karen very helpful in deciding which pool to go for,there was no pressure selling, they told us straight away they are supply only which wasn’t a problem.
After sales service was also great when we needed some technical help.
We are thrilled with the pool and will be sending them pictures soon to them.

Can’t recommend this company enough! After reaching out to several pool companies, I couldn’t believe how reasonable my pool direct’s prices were. We had our own groundworker already, so that was no issue. With that said, it didn’t stop them from communicating with us throughout. We are so happy, and on track for completion ready for Summer 😊

I purchased my first property two years ago. I have a really large garden that had an old liner pool that was left in a state. I decided to replace it with a one-piece fibreglass pool. My Pool Direct were amazing. They reassured me throughout the installation as its not something I've ever done before, but it was relatively simple. The customer service i received was outstanding. I am giving My Pools Direct one star due to the stress and inconvenience of having to have my swimming pool refitted, and the poor after service I was given.
At the time of purchase I was recommended a grounds work company by My Pools Direct, I had been told he has done previous pool builds.
Within three weeks my pool had sunk and bowed inwards , due to the incompetence of the ground workers.
Although I am pleased to see My Pools Direct do no longer recommend this company on their website.

Craig from my Pools direct at the start was helpful, and even came to look at my swimming pool, and concluded it was not great. But the recommendation from My Pools Direct into fixing the bowing edges on the swimming pool was to cover with a coping stone, costing me more money and just hiding a problem. A week after Craig's visit the swimming pool had sunk and cracked all the paving around, so lucky I did not spend the extra on coping stones.
My original review had been taken down by Craig from My Pools Direct and I was threatened with solicitors letters, and feel I was being bullied into not giving my review.
My review is honest and truthful and I feel I have been let down by My Pools Direct.
I do feel My Pools Direct should of taken some responsibility for the recommending this company. This has now cost thousands to rectify.

I personally would recommend to purchase a swimming pool from a SPATA (The Swimming Pool and Allied Trades Association) approved member.

I spoke to many pool companies that was struggling to help me with a pool as I live in a high water table area , After speaking to craig he had the knowledge and experience which was needed . Our pool has no problems or issues . Craig is a genuine person and I can not Reccomended him enough . He is very fair price wise and the after care is second to none . I have a 12 x 5 m outdoor pool and it’s absolutely awesome many good times with friends and family had and to come 👌 one life , live it 👍👍👍
