I purchased the plan and then the plan information website was not available stating 'under maintenance'. So I have no plan certificate or information. This is frustrating.

Firstly,
I can't purchase the insurance from my Mac nor on WindowsLaptop.
And finally I had to use my phone to purchase the insurance.
Then,
After the purchase I can't view/download the insurance on the Mac nor on the windows Laptop. After a lot of struggle, I managed to download on the phone.
During all this process I was so nervous as I felt I'm been SCAMMED.

Love the variety of coverage they offer and how questions are answered in a fast professional manner. They are working on coverage for dry needling but until then I have to buy separate coverage so I double pay.
