I have enjoyed Shapa so far
I have enjoyed Shapa so far. My only complaint is that I don’t have a good feel for where it is taking me. I would have liked more information and how this works. The add said it was for weight loss which is what I was looking for but I don’t feel like I have guidance in that direction. I just started to we will see if it becomes clearer as I go.

Not what I expected
Not what I expected. Lots of issues with connection to phone doesn’t read. Have to get off and get on scale multiple times. With my schedule I just don’t have time to do this over and over. Just not satisfied at all.

Chic & Appealing

An absolute joke. Truly awful
An absolute joke. Truly awful. had it shipped to me in the UK. I had problems with the scale, particularly syncing from almost the start. I followed there instructions to try and fix this which never worked. I have since spent around 8 months trying to get my money back. They have acknowledged the money would be returned to me but I still haven't received it. Utter rubbish

I have not been able to reactivate my account. I feel very frustrated. I love Shapa! It has helped me release 65 bl. Just wish I could get it working for me.

I paid for the year subscription
I paid for the year subscription, with the free scale. I had to wait for the scale, which is fine, however you cannot use any other features in the app until you set up the scale. That’s 8 days of paying for something that cannot be used.
