I like the missions and challenges that keep me engaged and checking my weight each day. I also prefer not seeing the number and feel discouraged when I know I am making progress

Worst customer care EVER !!
My scale was delayed and then not working. After countless emails, never got a solution from customer care (takes them 2 weeks to answer).

First time using Shapa
Shipping was fast. Setup and logging in was easy. I’m not use to a scale that doesn’t show your weight so this is short. I will reevaluate it in a few weeks,

Focus less on actual weight
The scale without the weight number listed is helpful with trying to not focus on just that. Especially since you start weighing more when you're building muscle. I love that there are little daily missions to motivate me to try something new
