I haven't received the Shapa yet, but I am looking forward to giving it a try.

It was free and helps you know if you’re keeping in track.

SO far this has been helpful to monitor my weight and know where I stand.

Easy to order the scale. Looking forward to using it as a tool to help better my health.

It’s me not you! I found it hard to stay motivated… not thru fault of the app! It’s me and getting to specific points and finding the similar topics mundane. That’s on me not you!

I have been trying for a week to return the BP monitor I ordered from Shapa. Despite filling out the online return request form on May 19, I still haven’t received directions on how to return. Your return process leads me to think this is difficult on purpose. I doubt I will order anything from your company again.

The scale and blood pressure cuff work great. The only drawback for me is the calibration period has to finish before actually seeing my current weight.

The look, idea, and apparent method is what drove me to this scale.
However, the body composition and validity of the measurements are questionable.
Customer service agents, sadly, try to delay and trick you instead of helping you and this scale requires a subscription to have any active value so unfortunately you have to deal with the company.
Just go with a different company and don't waste your time on the stress.

I've paid for the service, have the app, have the Power of Vitality app, but cannot get the Shapa app to work when I step on the device. I've followed the instructions to no avail.

I purchased a new subscription under my account and Shapa has tied it to my husband's email and account. It's taking forever to get resolved. In the meantime, I am loosing points with my Vitality wellness progam becuase of this delay.

I appreciated the welcome email which helped me set up and start the process while waiting for my scale to arrive.

It’s already frustrating bc the scale does not work without an expensive subscription, but the new exercise color is just annoying. I can see how many steps I take without a color. As someone who suffers from scale anxiety, I was hoping this would help, but it just left me feeling more helpless. Getting on a scale and seeing the number, triggers anxiety in me, but getting a green or a gray and not really understanding what that means or how I should alter what I’m doing to move towards Teal or Blue just gives me more anxiety. I dreaded every morning stepping on the scale because it might show me gray, and I didn’t really understand what that meant.

I think that the whole idea of not seeing a number but seeing that you are making steps towards your goals in different ways is genius

I thought the website was really clear and simple. I have ordered my device and I can’t wait to receive it. It gets started. I’m pretty excited.
