If this is to the email. I would say 5 star. I am new to the whole journey so not sure what to expect with this. But if it is getting things set up and getting the scale I give it a one. Talking to someone in person to get it started and know what to do would help and maybe I would know the next step and how long it takes to get everything and know what I am doing and also could ask questions. Which I did message and you did respond quickly and I appreciate that. I am not really sure if I can even start doing what I am suppose to be doing already.. sorry for the long review.

There was enough information provided that it was easy to navigate the website and make the purchase. And good information on what to do once you received the scale.

So far so good, I just ordered Shapa and got a return email with all my information and tracking. I am excited to try out this smart scale and help me get out of weight loss plateau!

Horrible. I went three days without eating, and the stupid thing said I was in DARK GRAY. That color means gaining a lot of weight. I am serious about losing weight and have been off carbs for almost two straight years without cheating. Sick of stepping on this stupid thing every day and having it tell me I GAINED.

I recieved my Shapa scale and still not able to make it work on the app. It requires a code to activate and no code found. I've messaged both Shapa customer service and email the Vitality app without any answers. The scale sits useless without any use.

I received the scale to italy from US
paid the abbonament.
Tried the batteries the gave. The scale does Not work and App tells the batteries is top low.
This is Not True...
I bought 2 types of Premium batteries and connect ed
Tried again and again and it simply does Not work and cannot recognise by the App and Bluetooth recognise for just 2 seconds.
The scale Switches off in seconds
I Wrote several Times to the Support with Videos and asks for refund and the just Tell me to switch off and on....

Order process. Very easy, great communication.
