Got my scale. The white box flap was torn. Opened anyway. Metal strip slightly scuffed. Still going to install the batteries only to find Duracell installed. Tested with the Duracell without a blue light or connecting to my phone. I installed the new batteries sent with the scale and still the scale cannot be found. No blue light, nothing. Now I've used my points, membership is running but a dead scale. I emailed and 2 days later (March 20) received an email saying it was sent to "your staff" to resolve. I waited until April 1 and emailed again, April 22 and still no response whatsoever. 25 years in customer service and this is the worst customer service I have ever received. I asked how we resolve, expecting someone to respond with an answer that they were replacing, some type of technical response, some type of response, but nothing. BUT I do keep getting emails about using using, taking a survey, etc.

Great options to help me stay healthy without feeling self conscious.

Some hiccups with license number but that was more of an Amazon issue. The owner called me directly and gave me the license number and I’m off and running now. All the settings are highly customizable and there’s a lot packed into such a small item. Can’t wait to get started!

I started using Shapa a couple of years ago when I was working. I liked the positive manner of the program and have decided to give it another try since retiring!

I found the scale very useful in getting me out of some bad habits of obsessing over my weight & weighing myself constantly. The app itself is clunky and it would be better if the scale itself didn't need to sync to Bluetooth in real time. I would prefer to just be able to step on the scale without opening the app and then just sync it to the app once a week or so. I recently had to deal with their customer service team and found the experience very stressful & much more difficult than need be.

I think it’s a little pricey and I wish it was a little more motivating! I love that it mental health friendly. I would recommend this to anyone with an chronic illness who also suffers from and ED

I joined shapa through my Vitality program at my job. I set up my account and weighed in all within 5 minutes. It has a reminder to weigh in tomorrow.

Customer Service

I love my scale. But when I follow the instructions to set up an account, and it doesn't work, it's frustrating I can't find a number to call. The error was "password doesn't match" but I was using a strong password generator, so that can't be possible. Please help
