I have tried several times to renew my subscription without any luck. I am very frustrated that I haven't been able to use my scale without a membership.

Not sure yet. Just order from Vitality Marketplace. Hoping it's great. I'm a journey and hoping this will help.

Easy website and ordering process. I never knew a product like this existed. So helpful for those who avoid weighing themselves due to not wanting to know the number. Can't wait for it to arrive.

Very fast response of order and delivery. The directions in the box were very easy to follow.
I did have a hard time finding the key they send you. But had to find the email to get it.

I did my research before signing up and felt it would be safe for me to use shapa despite having a history of anxiety around scales and disordered eating. The very first weigh in was light gray which I thought was odd since how could I be gaining weight in the first weigh in. Then the next 3 were dark grey all saying I'm gaining weight everyday (which I wasn't). It was highly stressful and I thought this scale was designed to avoid that kid of anxiety.

The app doesn't work. It crashes right after I connect it to my fit bit. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling it. I've also sent two emails with no replies.

The only experience I have had thus far is ordering the product. So, nothing really notable so far.

My experience with Shapa has been positive. I like that the scale does not give numbers. The only hiccup I have experienced is with the renewal. It is showing that I paid for the lifetime membership on the computer but when I sign in to the app it still has the renew message flashing when I sign in.

The purchase process was easy and seamless. I had no issues and look forward to receiving the product.

The scale does not show your weight and neither does the Shapa app, you connect too. There no instructions on using the virtual blood pressure cuff. Apparently it doesn’t come ready to use, it needs to be charged first. The connection process was a bit confusing but I managed to figure it out. The scale design is sleek and attractive. The blood pressure cuff is nice in that there are no cords, but the readings seem to run high compared to my other automatic cuffs, but I’ll give it at least a week for me to get used to using it.

The ordering process was easy. I have not received the device yet, but will review when I have used the service.

I renewed my Shapa for the 5th year. Any issues I have encountered have been met with the utmost of courtesy and expediency. Most of the time it was something I missed or didn't complete correctly but the quickly explained and helped me correct it. They even worked with our Wellness provider to make sure all was in order for my participation in the program. Great products, great service Great results.

I did not get a key code to set up my scale to my phone.

This is the 2nd day of weighting. Too early for comments.

I have been using SHAPA for three years and have recently added my wife to the system. The program is very motivational and the colormetric system of weight management is brilliant. We both change our eating and exercise habits based on our color achievements and progress. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to maintain fitness or find an easy way to remain motivated on their fitness, nutritional and weight management journey.

The device LOOKS very cool, but I can't activate it or use it. There is no license key in my confirmation email, nor is there one in the order details on Vitality. My purchase was supposed include two licenses but it has none.

Easy to order. Easy to set up. Engaging activities.

I haven't really started yet but so far everything is going smoothly. I'm just waiting for my Shapa scales to get started.
