Etwas mühsam, aber am Ende cool
Das Produkt (Phot-Flip-Box) war bei der ersten Lieferung schon cool, leider aber defekt. Nachdem ich mich bei Sowood gemeldet habe und 2x nachgefragt habe wurde es top abgewickelt und ich habe das Produkt neu erhalten. Ich musste die Bilder zwar selbst einsetzen, aber es hat mich nichts extra gekostet und das Produkt ist schön und funktioniert.

Bestilte d. 28. april og d. 29. får jeg en besked om at pakken er på vej, men i dag d. 12. maj er den stadig ikke nået frem.

Due to international shipping, delivery can sometimes take longer than anticipated. Your order, placed on April 28, went through our standard production time of 0-5 business days, followed by 15–18 business days for shipping within the EU. Based on this timeline, your package is expected to arrive within the next few days. You can track your order through PostNord or Royal Mail using the tracking number we provided to monitor the delivery status.
