Er was een 1+1 gratis deal. Ik besloot de european box te kopen. Heb allemaal nepshirts uit india gekregen. De shirts kwamen geen eens van een europese club en waren namaak tshirts van clubs uit India. Heb hiervoor contact opgenomen maar krijg na 5 dagen nog steeds niks te horen terwijl er staat dat ze binnen 24 uur contact met je opnemen.

Saw a streamer opening mysteryshirts and decided to give a try. Nice and clean jerseys. I like how Futbin is collabing with mysteryshirts.

I bought the product on beginning September and received it later in October, since the product returned to the shipping address since it was considered my addresss was wrong (even though it was correct). I have contacted the customer service many times in this period but they took 7-10 days to reply to me (even though their website says 24 hours for reply). They sent again the pack to me, and we got a nice surprise that they sent one additional shirt - due to the delays, so my son got very happy.

Nicht zu empfehlen!! Das Trikot wurde in der Falschen Größe geliefert und ich bekomme den Kundenservice nicht erreicht. Werder per Kontaktformular oder per E-Mail.
70€ für nicht, lasst lieber die Finger davon!!

Poor customer service… My order arrived after more than 2 weeks. It was intended as a birthday gift… I contacted support several times because the tracking status didn’t change at all until the package arrived (it just showed that it had been handed over to the carrier). I received only one response during the entire time, stating that there was nothing they could do. I would give 0 stars if I could.

Beim Championsleague Doppelpack Angebot erhält man ein Originalshirt (cool, war bei uns Aston Villa) plus eins von billigster Qualität ohne Etiketten mit Aufdrucken bzw, die Logos sind nicht einmal aufgedruckt, sondern im Muster des Stoffes integriert, anstelle von Patches. Das Trikot ist von einem indischen Vereins aus dem Jahr 24. Ich fühle mich richtiggehend betrogen, auch wenn sicherlich vom Kundenservice Dinge wie das Kleingedruckte angeführt werden, die beim Kauf aber kaum zu erkennen sind, da die Beschreibung irreführend ist. Die Bearbeitung steht noch aus. Es war undurchschaubar und regelrecht eine Abzocke, da suggeriert wurde, zwei gleichwertige Champions-League-Trikots zu erhalten. Auch gab es keine zwei Mysteryboxen,sondern nur eine und das zweite Billigtrikot lag obenauf. Ich empfehle jedem, lieber zu schauen, wo man das Trikot eines bestimmten Vereins einfach so günstiger und als Original bekommt.

I made an order on Aug 31. We are October 15, and I didn't receive anything! I have a full insurance protection. Still I did not get any news on the status of my delivery, no refund, nothing. The customer service is awful. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING HERE

It was a great experience unboxing the digital jersey. The box where the jersey was delivered in was nice and clean.
The second jersey that arrived with the previously unboxed jersey was really nice as well, I would definitely recommend the unboxing.
Only thing that was a bit disappointing was the long delivery. The jerseys arrived 3 weeks after purchased.

I placed my order on September 3rd, and the last shipping update was on September 7th. Since then, nothing.

I completely understand that shipping delays can happen, but what is absolutely unacceptable is the complete lack of customer service. No clear explanation, no useful updates, and apparently no real effort to investigate or resolve the problem.

When customers pay for a product, they deserve at least proper communication and support when something goes wrong.

Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend this service. Very poor customer care and a frustrating overall experience.

Leider kann ich diesen Onlineshop überhaupt nicht empfehlen. Wir warten inzwischen seit drei Wochen auf eine Rückmeldung bezüglich unserer Retoure.

Drei Wochen – und trotz unserer Kontaktaufnahme gibt es bis heute keine Antwort.
Das geht gar nicht!
Wenn man schon eine Retoure nicht zeitnah bearbeiten kann, sollte es zumindest möglich sein, dem Kunden eine Rückmeldung zu geben.
Stattdessen wartet man als Kunde und bekommt keinerlei verlässliche Informationen.

Kundenservice sieht für mich anders aus. Wir sind mittlerweile einfach nur noch enttäuscht und verärgert.

Ob wir hier noch einmal bestellen würden? Ganz klar: Nein.

Es gibt ein großes Angebot von verschiedenen, auch unbekannten, Vereinen mit deren Trikots. Dazu gibt es sehr gute Angebote
