They sent me the wrong item. They told me to send it back and that I would be refunded for shipping. Once the item was received they sent out the correct item but after hounding them for another month they said that they will not refund my shipping costs (despite the fact that it's THEIR ERROR). Customer service was horrible - only via email and took forever to get responses (3 months to get to the end of this). Totally unethical and I do not recommend ordering from this company.

Ik bestelde een short, maar bleek te groot te zijn. Op de website staat dat je binnen de 14 dagen mag retourneren. Je moet een e-mail sturen naar het adres dat op de website staat. In het beleid staat dat je pas in aanmerking komt als je product niet gedragen is en in de originele verpakking teruggestuurd wordt. Na het sturen van de e-mail om een terugbetaling te vragen, krijg ik het antwoord dat ik niet kan terugsturen als het gaat om een verkeerde maat of kleur. Dit staat nergens op de website vermeld. Ik mag wel een ander product kiezen. Wat is dan het verschil met een andere maat op te sturen? Daarop kreeg ik exact hetzelfde antwoord als op mijn eerste mail. Geen antwoord op mijn vraag. Dit lijkt me een computergestuurd antwoord. Bedriegers zijn het, heel slecht uitgelegd op hun website, foute informatie. Als je dus niet zeker bent dat je bestelde product gaat passen en goed gaat zijn, bestel er niet! Degoutant!

I was a bit scared to order at first but I m now sooo happy!! they are so so cute. I first ordered their hoodies and now ordered their jeans and it's so comfy!!!

I ordered an item weeks in advance as a Christmas gift. It took weeks to arrive and I had to chase Mystic almost daily for updates. Responses were patchy, slow, and unhelpful.

Eventually, Mystic made me liaise directly with the delivery company, who confirmed that the parcel had been returned to Mystic. Despite this, Mystic initially insisted that I had received the item, which was completely untrue.

Only after pushing back did they admit they would need to resend it — by that point Christmas was long over and I no longer wanted the item. They then refused to issue a refund, hiding behind their “no refunds” policy, even though the item was never delivered.

I ultimately had to recover my money through my credit card provider. I do not trust this company and will be reporting them to Trading Standards. The entire experience was stressful, time-consuming, and unacceptable.

Didn’t received my parcel. Didn’t received my money back.

Delivery was terrible. One of my packages got sent back to you, and I have no idea where it is now or if I’m going to get my money back (hopefully yes). Also, my packages were about a week late. Overall, the jeans are amazing quality, and I like them.

Lovely product. Thankfully meausered my daughter and the jeans fitted perfectly as they are definitely run on a very small size. She is delighted with them.

Only gave one star because 0 isn’t possible! Ordered several items and didn’t realize the were coming from China. Had to return one of the items so I emailed them and they gave me the address the send the item back to. After sending the item back at my own cost they refuse to give me a refund even though they now have my item - they said it’s against their story policy even though when you read their policy it is not, and they also told me to send the item to them! Now I don’t have my item or my money and they stopped responding. I will be taking up with my credit card company and BBB as a next step.

Firstly I did not realise this item was coming from China. It then took over 3 weeks! Only for their tracking to say it's been delivered when it was not. I repeatedly told them it must have gone to a different address and their customer service repeating themselves that it been delivered.
Customer service appalling, with very sporadic emails and complete lack of accountability.
And no refund.

Ordered as the website assured a refund withing 14 days or order.

Item was poor and incorrectly sized, advised by Mysticstore that they do not refund as per there promise!

Complete mess of a company - DO NOT USE

for some reason i couldn’t find any info on mysticstore.co, which is weird because their website has these reviews that look like trustpilot (“15000+ happy customers). so i’m leaving one. i ordered a package and the arrival time is 5-12 business days. it’s been over a month. i’ve emailed them multiple times but each response they gave was ai generated, telling me to wait bc the package was arriving soon. they offered me a full refund but it’s almost been two full weeks and no update from the logistics team. i’m very disappointed because their clothes are streetwear style and pretty unique, but it’s starting to feel like this brand is a scam. which is also strange because i’ve seen fashion influencers wearing + promoting their items on insta.
update: got a refund almost 3 months later after opening a bank dispute
