Just to clarify the situation for anyone reading: your parcel was shipped swiftly. Your order was placed (27 April), and was sent with full tracking and an estimated delivery window of 2 May – 15 May — which you received at checkout and by email. You can view the full tracking here:

The parcel was delivered on 17 May, just 2 days later than expected, due to a lengthy hold by French Customs, where it was scanned and held from 6–15 May. That delay was entirely outside of my control.

As a small, independent business, I always try to get orders out swiftly and give realistic timeframes. I understand delays can be frustrating, but I hope others reading can see that I did everything right on my side here.

If you'd consider updating the review to reflect that, it would mean a lot. Every review has a big impact — and I’d hate for others to be put off by something caused by a third party I have no influence over.
