100% trusted company
Had to buy medication from outside of Canada since there are some new health regulations. I was kind of afraid because I never tried MySupplement.Shop before neither heard of it but I have to say that everything went great. They had the items I needed and it was delivered within a week considering it was an international purchase. To me, that was amazing.

CUSTOMER BEWARE!!
CUSTOMER BEWARE!!! Shop under your own risk. This is the worst company ever, I never received my package and they even refused to give me a refund their excuse was that I hadn’t paid the shipping when the reality is that they charge it at checkout and it’s on the bill, on the bill there’s a charge for shipping, note that I ordered on the last week of April and it’s mid June, and I didn’t receive either my refund or my protein, and again, BEWARE because most of the 5-star reviews are fake

Here are the facts about your order and our process:
Shipping and Customs Charges:
Oscar’s order was shipped via UPS to Canada, and shipping charges were clearly paid and displayed at checkout. No one has ever claimed otherwise.
What Oscar refers to as an “additional shipping charge” is, in fact, a customs and duties charge imposed by Canadian border authorities. This is not something we control, and it is not a fee from us or from UPS. It is completely standard for any parcel imported into Canada and is not included in the checkout fee. This is stated on our product pages and at checkout.
Customs Information is Provided Upfront:
We go out of our way to provide detailed information about customs and import charges right on our product pages, visible before you buy. We specifically mention that import duties, taxes, and handling fees may be requested by your government upon delivery.

Direct Communication:
Not only did I email Oscar, but I also personally contacted him by WhatsApp weeks before his review. I provided the UPS reference, the exact amount due, instructions on how to pay. He chose not to reply or resolve the issue, which is unfortunately out of my control.
Refund Policy:
We are always happy to refund in line with our returns policy when goods are returned to us. In this case, UPS is holding the parcel due to non-payment of import duties. If the package is returned, a refund will be issued immediately. We cannot refund for items that have not been returned or are still in the customer’s country awaiting clearance.

No Full Refunds, Ships From UK ONLY
The website is suggested to be Canadian even though they’re ONLY based in the UK. They are also found as a top result in Canadian Google. Asked for a refund before they shipped, but they just decided to ship anyway and said they couldn’t refund it because they just shipped it to the post office. Proceeds to use the most expensive shipping option and then won’t even provide a full refund for over $40. I have to pay $50 in duties and taxes and I need to pay for shipping again if I return it to them as that’s their policy and nothing else. What nonsense. Terrible experience for someone out of UK. I will never buy from them again. Why do they even set up their website as Canadian when they are UK-based? At least make it clear it’s from the UK only. The items purchased were also Canadian and in CAD. Their item prices were also competitive with Canadian prices, hence I cannot say their prices were better. Be warned about shipping fees and refunds, especially if you are not from the UK!
