Order some Creatine pills from this…
Order some Creatine pills from this company and did not realize it was in the UK. Live in the states.
No issues I emailed to cancel the order immediately after I confirmed the order. Followed up 2 times about cancelling it. order ships and I follow up again and they finally reply and say “it’s too late to cancel.”
So essentially ignored them cancellation that I followed up on twice. Didn’t want to wait a month to get what I ordered but they decided to be shady to get their money.

You placed your order on December 29, 2024, and at checkout, the shipping method you selected – “USPS Priority Mail Express Tracked International™” – clearly reflects that the order would be shipped on a "international" service. Additionally, our website is fully transparent about who we are and where we’re based. Our registered UK address is displayed on every single page in the footer, along with the expected delivery timeframe (January 7–25), which was also provided on product pages, throughout checkout and in your confirmation email.
Your first email requesting to cancel the order was received on December 30, but it didn’t include any order details like a name, order number, or items, making it impossible for me or my team to identify it in the system. When your follow-up email on December 31 finally provided the required information, the order had already been packed and dispatched earlier that day.
It’s also worth noting that I personally packed your parcel on New Year’s Eve. As the founder of MySupplementShop, I often work 7 days a week, including late nights and holidays, to ensure orders are dispatched as quickly as possible – especially during the heavily delayed festive period. While most businesses were closed, I was working alone to avoid delays for customers like you.
I completely understand how frustrating it can be when a cancellation request isn’t processed in time, but the timing and lack of initial details made it impossible in this case. I also want to highlight that your order was delivered on January 17, well within the quoted delivery timeframe.
I hope this provides some context, as I don’t feel your review fully reflects the effort that went into processing and delivering your order. If there’s anything further I can assist with, feel free to reach out to me directly.

Your parcel *is* on its way. Tracking shows it has now arrived in Canada and is moving through their system. The delay has been entirely down to the Canada Post strike and the significant backlog they’ve been working to clear.
For context, your order was dispatched on the 26th of November, and while I did everything I could to get it sent quickly, these postal delays are unfortunately beyond my control.

I was looking for My Protein Clear Whey and these were by far the cheapest on all the sites.
Great price!!! Once order was place I received a personal note/message that the order was placed and being packed and literally the next day it was dispatched. I was expecting it to arrive a week later.. it was here within 3 days!

Your cream works well I had trouble…
Your cream works well I had trouble with my right thumb for weeks it was stuck and didn’t want to move with out actually forcing it with my other hand which is not recommended and very sore I had been using another cream for awhile but it seems to loose it kick after awhile but but Jointace for about 3 days it was back to normal for me Not fixed but I could use it so I’ve been using this since but taking into account not to use it all the time as I do think the body get used to it and it loosens its edge not been proven yet but I do swop around with the other cream
Jointace has a nice aroma to it
To the point I like it and have ordered another 2 to make sure I always have one to hand
