Exceptional products, prices and service
I moved to Japan for work earlier this year and found that MySupplementShop are one of few places that will ship their products to Japan from the UK, at VERY reasonable shipping costs! I haven’t found another retailer that compares in this regard.
I’ve ordered a couple of times, and each time the package has arrived within just 8-10 days of me placing the initial order, which is exceptionally fast. Packaging is always top notch too.
I love the huge range of products you can buy from the site and they’re at such competitive prices too. The customer service is also second to none - I’ve had to email the team a couple of times to discuss shipping matters and address corrections, and they’ve always been very timely and immensely helpful with their responses.
There’s nowhere else I’ll be ordering my supps from whilst I’m here! Thanks team!

Sadly this is one of those annoying companies that list an item as in stock, take your money, then cancel the order 4 days later.
If you don't have the stock to hand then for Christ's sake don't have it showing as in stock on the website. It just makes you look like fools.
