We are here to serve you! We sell Varilight Products mainly due to the high quality, low returns rate and 35+ colour ranges that are desirable for any house, flat or commercial property. We offer Data and Power Grid in the majority of Varilight ranges creating bespoke items, plus Varilight's new range The Matrix, a self-assembly product which allows customers to choose face plates and separate dimming and switching modules, this helps to minimize wastage. We have a dedicated Tech & Sales Team, to answer all questions promptly, and as we are located on the same site as Varilight Headquarters, have a direct line to all the departments at Varilight. We receive 3 orders from Varilight daily, so we can maximise on how much we can dispatch each day, and this is delivered to us on foot (and trolley!) to greatly reduce Carbon Footprints. Bespoke products are available on request, please email us if you require this. Any products that are out of stock, are assembled daily for us, so we can make sure orders placed before Midday on weekdays are despatched the same day. In addition to Varilight we also offer accessories we feel are needed, such as, Downlights, LEDs and Wall Boxes. Also in the Family of Products, are our Wood Ranges, these may take a little longer to send as they are hand made, but are made consciously and in respect with the FSC Association. We send out our products fast and efficiently, in packaging that are made from recycled materials only, and that are totally compostable, making a global alliance with Mother Nature. Fast delivery

Fast delivery. Good service and reasonably priced. Bought from them many times, one suggestion would be to simplify/update their website as sometimes hard to find products I know they stock.

Poor reply

Well I paid an extra £8 for next day delivery and it arrived a week later. CEF managed next day delivery later in the week with their courier! Why don't your phone numbers work? Used your website on a number of occasions but might look elsewhere now....

It does not say the item was be-spoke on your site and both phone numbers do not work so unable to leave a message!.... How about sorry and an offer to refund the next day postage? Customer retention?

Thanks for your review. Please note, you ordered a bespoke product which we clearly state has a 3-7 day lead time before dispatch. Whilst we ship standard items for next day delivery, any made-to-order items will require additional time. If you are not able to get through on our phone lines straight away, please also leave an answerphone message, as we will always reply as soon as possible.

My first experience with MySwitchShop…

My first experience with MySwitchShop and it will likely not be my last. Varilight dimmer switch was promised within two days but arrived the next day within a 2 hour time window given by APC Overnight. Overall, great service.
