We are here to serve you! We sell Varilight Products mainly due to the high quality, low returns rate and 35+ colour ranges that are desirable for any house, flat or commercial property. We offer Data and Power Grid in the majority of Varilight ranges creating bespoke items, plus Varilight's new range The Matrix, a self-assembly product which allows customers to choose face plates and separate dimming and switching modules, this helps to minimize wastage. We have a dedicated Tech & Sales Team, to answer all questions promptly, and as we are located on the same site as Varilight Headquarters, have a direct line to all the departments at Varilight. We receive 3 orders from Varilight daily, so we can maximise on how much we can dispatch each day, and this is delivered to us on foot (and trolley!) to greatly reduce Carbon Footprints. Bespoke products are available on request, please email us if you require this. Any products that are out of stock, are assembled daily for us, so we can make sure orders placed before Midday on weekdays are despatched the same day. In addition to Varilight we also offer accessories we feel are needed, such as, Downlights, LEDs and Wall Boxes. Also in the Family of Products, are our Wood Ranges, these may take a little longer to send as they are hand made, but are made consciously and in respect with the FSC Association. We send out our products fast and efficiently, in packaging that are made from recycled materials only, and that are totally compostable, making a global alliance with Mother Nature. Ordered some switches, dispatch next day but did not arrived. Email Myswitchshop after a week to see if they can check with the courier company. But after several email and still not a single reply. try the online chat, i got a reply: Hi there, how can I help? and nothing else after i ask why no one replying to my email!!!

Our sincerest apologies that your order was delayed and that we did not respond to your emails straight away. We usually reply to all emails within 24 hours, so having checked this issue, we can see that your messages unfortunately went to our spam folder.
Regarding our online chat, if we do not respond immediately during this extremely busy period, please leave your contact details (as requested in the chat) and we will come back to you asap. We did not receive any contact information from you, so were unable to speak to you after the chat request.
Also, please don't hesitate to call us if you have an issue with an order. Again, we did not receive any phone calls, or answer phone messages regarding this order, so could not assist further.
We have now spoken to you directly to apologise for the delay, and have re-dispatched the order on our Premium courier service, for next day delivery.

WOW. I am amazed with how great this online store it.
WOW. I AM AMAZED. On Friday at 2pm I ordered three different switches and sockets as samples. On Saturday at 5 the delivery was with me. The products are great, the shipping magically fast and the prices are not bad at all. I am so impressed I would give 6 stars if I could.

The dimmer switch that I ordered was faulty. A quick call later, and a new switch was sent by overnight delivery (along with a free returns label). Excellent customer service - highly recommended!

Good range and prompt delivery
Good range of dimmer modules at prices that are as good as anywhere but with better postage rates, and it was delivered promptly. However, did not come with instruction leaflet as was the case when I recently bought the same item from another supplier. This is significant since it was a programmable dimmer. Not a problem for me - I've still got the instructions - but a first time purchaser might have been a bit in the dark (or more likely in the flickering light!!)

Really good support when not fully sure about which product would be best for my needs. Will definitely show here again. To be more specific I was planning to change my current lighting setup of a single light fitting to a set of LED downlights (preferable dimmable) but after reading plenty of negative things about I started changing my mind thinking it would potentially bring more issues but MySwitchShop staff have put me at easy and answered few key questions very quickly and clearly giving me the confidence about the new setup and helped me choose the right product to get exactly what I wanted, type/style/functionality.

Please note, our product information clearly shows that these dimmers do not have back lights and that they are different from the discontinued range that you describe.
They also usually have a 3–4 week lead time, however we were able to ship your order within 2 working days on this occasion.
If you have specific requirements for any switches, please contact us before placing an order, so that we can recommend the best products for your setup.
