I was impressed by the work of Mytoolstore. I placed an order online and they coordinated shipment internationally. At one point, I made a change to the order and spoke to management directly, which helped in executing the change. Overall, a positive experience.

Very helpful, contacted manufacturer and had them fabricate what I needed with minimal backorder time.

I live in Mexico City and MyToolStore.com were very helpful making arrangements for customs and delivery. Very good experience.

They had the best price, tools arrived a couple days after purchase. I would shop here again.

after my first poor service review the owner emailed me and said I would be getting $50 back for all the troubles I've had. I was told that they would put the money back on the card I used for my purchases. Guess what? mytoolstore.com is batting a thousand! after shipping 2 orders to the wrong address they charged $50 to my card. I called and emailed the owner with no answer for hours so I called customer service. the wonderful(sarcasm) customer service person called me a liar and said that I was wrong. a few minutes later I get an email stating I am getting a $100 refund to make up for the $50 they charged me. finally the owner calls and offers to refund me more than the $100. this was yesterday and no deposit made in my account or no call from the owner on what is gonna be done. horrible service

Everything was delivered as ordered and I was kept informed during the order and shipping process.
Woods 8" power grip (N4950) really made it a lot safer to handle the glass panels we moved and will be a great safe way to handle the panels in the future.
Would recommend using MYTOOLSTORE.COM and hope to purchase from them in the future.

First time ordering with this company, and will certainly be using again in the future.

I ordered the wrong thread size on a pearl abrasive crack chaser..I called the next day on the job and on the phone got the rite thread size and had it the next day on the job..The next day ups was at the job with a return sticker for my return..great job guys.

This is an edited version of my previous review in which I rated Mytoolstore one star which was for the most part unwarranted. When your building a project, place orders from six different companies and five orders arrive on time but number six is MIA you tend to get upset.
Moments after I submitted my review I recieved a phone call from one of the owners of Mytoolstore not to chew me out but to find out directly from me the customer what went wrong and to let me know that my information will be taken very seriously and to apologize for my bad experience.
For this man to take time to appologize to me about what happened with my tiny order meant a LOT!
Now the following is a brief description of my experience and other reviews told a similar story so my suggestion would be to make some calls and follow up with your order.

Ordered two items, got an email that one was not in stock and would be a month to get it. I said remove that item. Three weeks later and I still haven't received second item and no information.

Needed a few tools, got em fine. Got a good price. Good job.

My husband was very happy with his new knife, it was just what he wanted. He lost his, we went on line made the purchase, arrived on time. Great Job.

I purchased product at a good price. And the salesman was friendly and easy to work with

I needed a breaker hammer and stand, fast - they were on the phone with the manufacturer, freight company, the whole nine yards and cut me a deal to boot. I'll use them again.

Got a great price and got my stuff fast. They helped me find a part for my dust collector no one else would help me with - went the extra mile with me, forsure. Hard to find people who actually know tools now-adays, with all the throw away stuff on the market. I'll use them again, no doubt.

I have owned Trojan saw tables for years. This is my 4th table purchased (first time from my tool store), The saw tables are great. Long lasting and well constructed. No problems with placing my order. The price was good. The only thing that can be improved is the communication via email on shipment dates. I had no idea when the saw table was shipped and was becoming concerned to whether or not I would or when I would receive it. I would order again from my tool store. The prices are good.
