Absolutely shocking company

Absolutely shocking company. Ordered 4 winter tyres with estimated 2-5 working days delivery. They then final delivered 10 working days later with only 3 tyres. You can’t speak to anyone as it’s all AI and after contacting them through every possible method I got a response. No apology, no offer to send the 4th tyre just a notification to say the 3 tyres will be collected by DPD. They are the worst company I’ve ever had to deal with. Avoid, avoid avoid!!!

i ordered and paid for two tyres never turned up

i ordered and paid for two tyres, have heard nothing since, it is impossible to sprak to them directly, only robot calls. Now Im stuck, it turns out they prepend to be in the uk , the tyres are shipped from abroad, avoid this company they are a rip off.

AI customer service abysmal

No updates, AI customer service abysmal, and 1 week with no tyres. Web chat and phone call just get you AI responses, after an hour on webchat I think I got a human, but 1 minute later they were gone and I had to start again. Cancelled my order, but expecting to have to talk to my CC company to get money back. Don't believe delivery times, and find a UK based company who know what stock they have.

I am amazed that anyone in the uk has had a good experience with this company. As other reviewers have noted they are based in Germany but the website is set up to obscure this. Delivery was meant to be two and a 1/2 weeks but I got a cancellation just before. Getting in touch is not that easy. Email address on website doesn’t work and using the phone requires navigating around the patronising AI alloy. Had to contact 3 times to get a refund. Used F1 Autocentres who could not have been better.

NOT GOOD! Ordered a tyre on 15th January, expected delivery shown on the website was 2-3 working days. 19th January still no confirmed delivery date and their AI bot that answers calls (yes, that's the only THING that I was able to speak to), after it finally understood what I was coming with, told me that order has not been processed because my payment was pending. Note when a payment is pending, only the merchant can control it. Neither my bank or I could change the payment’s status. In essence they had the money. I really couldn’t wait any longer. On 19th January, using their online system, I cancelled the order and ordered tyres somewhere else (they arrived 2 days later). Yet on 20th January I received an email from MyTyres saying that “Due to the current high demand, the delivery of the ordered articles will probably be delayed by 3 days”. I ignored it, I cancelled the order the day before, didn't I. Surprisingly, on 23rd January I received another email, this time saying that their courier has been ordered to pick up my tyre and that it will be delivered around 5th February. They obviously sent me an invoice and thanked for my order too. They said they will debit my card as I instructed . Remember, I cancelled my order on the 19th as I no longer wanted the tyre. I phoned them 5-7 times, every time my call was answered by their AI bot. it did not let me speak to a human being and the bot was not able to assist in any meaningful way. It said I can instantly contact a real person via their online chat, which I tried. An AI bot starts the conversation whatever you do and tells that a real person will respond in 5 minutes. Took them about 90 mins to respond. At least this time it was a real person that was able to resolve the issue. They blamed the IT system for not cancelling the order. Very stressful encounter. Sorry, I will not be buying from them in future.

Just another unhappy customer.

Paid for fitting at their chosen garage but the fitters insisted that I would have to pay them directly as MyTyres never transfer the payments. Contacted customer services and they agreed that they would reimburse. I got them to send in writing but in spite of that I have been waiting a month and sent several emails etc to get them to do what they promised. Not to mention the tyres I received were more than 4yr old. Deeply dishonest company which is reflected in their reveiew rating. Wish I had spotted their reviews before

Ordered tyres fully fitted

Ordered tyres fully fitted . Got email confirming sale and tyres to be sent to fitting centre. After no other contact I contacted fitting garage and they confirmed tyres were there but none of my details . And I had no confirmation from mytyres. A email for fitting voucher was meant to be sent to me but was not . The garage said my tyres don't pay for the fitting that I had paid for so I paid garage for fitting. Now ongoing issues trying to get refund for fitting I am in process of trying to sort . Short version of my drama buy elsewhere and avoid the drama and bad communication. :(

Appalling delivery time

2 tyres for audi q5 ordered. Price was ok but not particularly cheap.
The company fails to mention they are German. Tyres took 3 weeks to be delivered. Not acceptable. Wouldnt use again

Withholding and delaying paying our refunds

Having previously used mytyres.co.uk without any difficulties this time has proved unreasonably problematic.

For some reason, a duplicate order was created. We therefore paid for and received 8 tyres albeit with a gap of some weeks in between their respective arrivals. I had mistakenly ordered the wrong tyres so I had to send all 8 of them back. Their returns process is impossible to navigate and there is no information about returns on their website.

The first set of tyres were delivered without there being a returns label affixed to them. After some hours trying to work out how to return them, I arranged for DPD to send the first set of tyres back to the address on the label attached to them. Clearly, this is at our expense. These are sitting in customs at Dover. We are yet to receive any acknowledgement that we will receive a refund for these.

To compound the difficulty I then found out from our garage that I had ordered the wrong rear tyres.

I sent both the duplicate set and the two rear tyres back using DPD but this time using the mytyres.co.uk dedicated returns service. I found out about this only after my wife, who is a lawyer, had sent them a formal complaint.

DPD arrived on two consecutive days to collect them. DPD sent a delivery confirmation email to me; mytyres.co.uk received the tyres on 8 January 2026. We have not received our refunds.

Being well over £1,000 out of pocket to mytyres.co.uk and no longer being in possession of the tyres for which we had paid, I sent emails on 14 and 19 January 2026 asking when we could expect our refund. The single response received this evening from the complaints team was to ask (again) for the relevant order numbers.

Whether by incompetence or by design mytyres.co.uk is unreasonably withholding and delaying paying to us the refunds that are due.

Ordered 'in stock' tyres. They've a bizzarre definition

I ordered their 'In Stock' tyres, as MyTyre's frontpage highlights 'fast delivery' (while their competitors offered 'not in stock', 3 day despatch). But after 2 days without hearing of even a predicted despatch date, their agent says that bizarrely, MyTyres.co.uk considers 'in stock' any tyre that needs to be driven from anywhere across Europe. At least they let me cancel, but delay cost me a second MOT test. I suggested they add an asterisk to their 'In Stock' claim....'*might be in stock somewhere in Europe; We may take 3+ days to tell you'... We'll see if they'll be honest with customers?

Avoid this company with a barge pole!
They debited the money from my account and then claimed the transaction failed. It’s impossible to speak to a human! All their AI bots claim that no one is available and to chat online, where, no one is available! They currently have nearly £500 of my money. Won’t send the product and I have to fight with my bank and provide evidence that they’ve not and won’t send them! Im now including the CEO Kai.Dopmann -at delti.com into every email I send demanding a refund.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE!

Delivery date changed to 20 days after i Pay the orther

I did order 4 tyres, and the delivery date was stated 5-7 working days, which was ok for me. Once i got the confirmation of the purchase, the estimated delivery was about 20 days, and as needed the tyres before that, I called to check, and the woman from the customer service confirm, that they send the tyres from EU, she said France, and they wont arrive on time, and then proceed to cancel my order, and said I should be refunded in 1 business day. A month late still no refund, no one to talk to on the phone, only chat bot. Im claiming now through the bank. Wold never use them again. What they are doing is scamming people to buy a product, with fake promises, and once they get your money, it turns in a nightmare. AVOID

Avoid at all cost

Avoid at all cost, orders a tyre was informed it had been deliverd 31 Dec, it hadn't been deliverd had a chat with the AI chat bot who gave me tracking number said it was deliverd by DPD, contacted DPD they said that's not one of their tracking numbers opened a case with pay pal

Very disappointing experience.

Very disappointing experience.
I ordered 4 tyres, but received only 3. One tyre was missing from the delivery.
I contacted customer support multiple times via email and WhatsApp, but received no response for days.
My car is quattro (AWD), so using only 3 tyres is unsafe and unacceptable. I clearly stated that I do not accept partial delivery.
I was told that resolving the issue would take 5–7 working days, which I did not agree with. Eventually, they decided to cancel the order, but provided no clear information about the refund.

Very poor communication, slow handling of a serious issue, and no regard for customer safety.
I would NOT RECOMMEND this company.

scam

Ordered winter-tyres on Monday 05/01/26 via web-page as it stated “in stock” and paid as instructed with CC. Received email notification on Wednesday (2 days later)saying” We must inform you that, with regards to your order…, we can only process your order on advance payment… Your order will be dispatched immediately as receive the payment confirmation from the bank.” Made the payment immediately and received the next day another email “Your order has been handed over to our warehouse. Please note that with the handover to the warehouse no changes to your order data are any longer possible.”
Enquired today (Friday 9th) about status of order as going away next week to the alps. On request I received contradictory update:” Your order has been received on Jan 5, 2026.
The items you have ordered have limited availability. We are doing our best to locate the items for you as fast as possible.” !?!?!?
Tried to get some clarification via telephone, but instead speaking to a person I was confronted with an AI language generator called “alloy” who is anything but intelligent. Needless to say, I didn’t get any update on my ordered items which allegedly were in stock at the beginning of the week and had now “limited availability”.
I think this company is a scam. And don’t be fooled by “.co.uk”, this company is German and probably has its warehouse there, too. Tried my best to locate them on google maps with their published address (Witney business park) but was unable to find them (despite being Europe’s biggest online tyres retailer). You’ll find Screwfix, B&Q and others but not them… After reading the small print of the “contract” you are informed that there might be difficulties in delivery due to Brexit regulations.
I received no update on my order, which was listed as in stock earlier this week but now shows "limited availability
