Ordered a set of four tyres, two of them were perfect, two of them were muddy and had old tyre lube on with signs of slight use, also didnt have the tyre stickers on which is a legal requirement.

Tried to contact them and havent heard any sort of reply. Wish I looked at the reviews before buying.

Ive used them before for oddball sizes like this was but after this I'm definitely avoiding them.

Dodgy site with bad reviews. Had 2nd thoughts till I seen the reviews and how bad the website is.

Just taken my car this morning for 2 new tyres husband took the car ,the tyre fitter jacked the car up and damaged the sill on my car underneath he admitted the damage and said he would not charge for one of the tyres which were 75 pound each over priced as well i was fuming as its had tyres before and not there and never had a problem, totally cowboy wouldn't listen to reason avoid this tyre place at all costs .

Worst customer experience ever. Ordered 2 tyres, one arrived three weeks later. The other never arrived or has yet to be dispatched. I don't actually know. Rubbish AI chat, rubbish telephone AI customer service which doesn't answer your query and keeps saying "can I clarify anything for you" rather than answering my simple question.
Also used the contact form twice to reach out to Mytyres, with no response each time.

My tyres couldn't process the payment but no notification whatsoever just an email that order is delayed. No customer service to talk to (only an automated chat and phone which are both useless and rather frustrating). After several days of waiting I cancelled the order and ordered from somewhere else. Absolutely useless service.

1 month later, no tyres, and useless communication, this used to be a good company but at present its down the pan

Im still waiting for their reply to my asking for progress with order, so at present it looks like they're not a future option.

Wow, what will I start, before reading all the reviews, I ordered 2 tyres ,wowzers are they still extracting rubber from the trees when they take your order , I will never order from this company EVER AGAIN , my car needed tyres for mot, so now had to buy twice , or get the bus or taxi to work AVOID AVOID AVOID, , did I say AVOID? Well , make of this review as you will 🙄, last part of this review asks date of experience, I will need to check my calendar for this , it’s been that long 😩

Really poor service, took order and payment 10 days ago and the items haven't even left the depot yet. Estimated delivery not for another 13 days even though site says 5 day delivery. Can't talk to anyone to complain and online chat person didn't care. Please don't use this company for anything, absolutely useless.

Do not go near this shambles of a company. They couldn’t organise a party in brewery. Over five weeks and multiple broken promises. Then when I finally call it a day they can’t even refund for two more weeks due to “maintenance on their payment system”.

Do NOT purchase the fully fitting service. Ordered tyres and fitting on 5th Dec. Received email with 'probable' delivery date of 19th Dec. Received invoice with no fitting voucher. When I contacted the garage on the 19th the tyres had been delivered to the garage on 11th Dec. It wasn't clear on ordering that I had to arrange the fitting with the garage. Fitting arranged by myself for 23rd and I needed the fitting voucher. To get the voucher, I was sent round in circles by bots on webchat, telephone and whatsapp. they will email it, no emails arrived, check the email attachments, check spam, on the website, advised to click download, click resend, click voucher, help, support, try different browser, clear cache - nothing worked. answering requests to speak to a human were none available or one 'will answer you 5 mins' but an hour later still no one. I had to pay the garage for the fitting as they wouldn't accept the invoice. I spent a total of 9 hours, over 3 days, with bots trying to get the voucher sent to me. I eventually received a voucher, by email, after continually demanding a refund, when at last human intervened. I had return to the garage, just in time for closing, with the voucher to get the fitting payment refunded. The garage said that another customer had had the same experience. Never again will I use mytyres. They need humans on the support desks.

I wanted specific central European winter tyres for my suv for ski trips to Europe. Couldn’t find a good one from any UK retailer. I was very concerned to order from mytyres due to low review score but went into order because they were the only available supplier. I had no problem whatsoever. I ordered 20th November and tyres were delivered by 16th December. Will order from them again.

Since they have replaced customer service with retarded AI agent (worst I've ever encountered) there is no way to speak to live person or with any representatives. I've paid for my order but the AI can't see the payment. And that is it basically. No tyre, no money, no way to speak to them. Item now out of stock.

I'm extremely dissatisfied with my recent experience with Tyres UK. I ordered a set of tyres online, but the delivery was delayed by over a week with no clear communication from the company. When I contacted customer service, I was met with poor communication and a lack of transparency about the status of my order.

Overall, I'm very disappointed with the poor delivery, lack of communication, and inflexible refund policy. I would not recommend Tyres UK to anyone.

Prices are reasonable, however delivery times are utterly shocking. Two tyres ordered, each one sent from different locations, took 12 days to arrive. Not good enough.

I ordered some really tricky tyres to find in the UK and they were shipped from Germany. I didn't check this website first and so was really worried after reading the reviews, but tyres arrived 12 days after ordering via DPD, which included a three day wait through customs. Price was brilliant and relieved my experience was a good one. :-)

States tyre was delivered to my home address and signed for, no one was at home at time of supposed delivery, no tyre left and no one at this time picked up on CCTV.

Had an online chat with with their AI that stated an investigation would be opened up with their courier, GLS and they would come back to me in 48 hours, of which I'd had no confirmation and no response. GLS website doesn't recognise my postcode to see proof of delivery. No way of contacting the courier.

Have tried to call Mytyres to only be answered by an AI agent, which was nothing but frustrating and can only speak with an agent via online chat, which I have done, was told an agent will answer in 5 minutes, to which no one responds.

I've now opened an investigation with our credit card company. No delivery of product, no one you can speak with, this is nothing but a scam.

I had a great experience. I have been buying winter tyres from them for years. When i read the reviews this time I was surprised hence my decision to leave a review . I ordered wheels with winter tyres complete. I did get an email asking to pay by bank transfer as my cc card was rejected ( in the past this didn't happen but i did remember them saying if you pay by bank transfer your order is send sooner) i paid as i wanted the tyres asap.. they arrived within about 10 days max .. i did contact their AI and found it helpful, the human "person" did comment at times too. All in all great service, good products... i did read people having problems, one that i recognise it is if you ask for a refund it does take time as they wait until they get the tyre back to pay you. I sent once a tyre back as i was traveling and it didn't get to me on time, that was all very smooth too.

Mytyres UK is actually based in Germany. So when the website states your tyres are in stock for delivery in 2-4 days, please be aware it might take 8 days to deliver as they are shipping with DPD from Germany (custom).
In our order confirmation the delivery date was too long so we cancelled the order immediately. We are still waiting for our refund £400+ after 7 days of cancellation.

Ordered tyres on the 12th of the month and received notification that I would not receive them until the 30th. All the web chat operator would do is cancel my order. Complete waste of time. Watch out for the delivery timings...it could catch you out too!!
(Ironically when I asked if they had any others in the size I need they quoted 5-8 days...when I challenged they didn't really have an answer!)

PS: 1 week after ordering, the fitting vouchers have arrived now; after writing this review and after countless attempts via three channels to get them.
Overall:
unbeatable prices, tyres delivered on time (4 working days), but the vouchers quite late and no-one to speak to really (perhaps the presumed chatbots that imitated humans were humans, who knows, still doubt it)

Ordered tyres with full fitting service; the tyres did arrive on time, but no "fitting voucher" (necessary to do the job), has ever arrived and you have no possibility of contacting them apart from online and phone chatbots giving nonsensical responses and lying - that the voucher has already been sent, has just been resent etc. Then you request to speak to a human, then a presumed AI bot supposedly mimicking a human comes up with more lies, like the voucher has just been manually resent etc. (on the phone they simply say no human was "currently" available ;-) ).

If you think that was a single exceptional case, read the reviews ;-) I had ordered with them 12 years ago and it was fine then.
I would in the future avoid at all costs, have wasted many many hours in trying to get hold of them, including their German head offices - all to no avail. You'd rather want to spend £100 more and order from a decent company than doing business with fraudsters or sth that comes at least close to presumed systemic fraud, as I am suspecting this is not accidental
