I have had a terrible time with the delivery service which is not myultra.net fault and Anik got me through with flying colours, he is the best of the best. Also the products are quality.

Excellent customer service. Screen was freezing before start up had finished. They stayed in touch until the issue was resolved.

Can absolutely recommend Ultra TV and…

Can absolutely recommend Ultra TV and the excellent service provided by Sam when I had a small problem. He was prompt to answer my contact and took me through step by step to him accessing remotely and fixing the problem within minutes. Great job Sam

Sam was absolutely cracking

Sam was absolutely cracking, had my issue resolved in seconds. Really love this app. I have already recommended to people and will recommend more after that great support service. Nice one Sam 😀

Once downloaded and running

Once downloaded and running. I’m so impressed with the amount of channels and films , radio is great as well. Still new to it, but what I’m seeing is great. Sam the technician who helped me get set up. Was amazing and very helpful. Definitely would recommend this site.

Cannot speak highly enough of Sam he has helped an old boy of 73 who is not great on technology and IT get through renewing my subscription.

Five years of quality TV from Ultra

I have been with Ultra for the last five years, I recently found some regional channels (ITV Yorkshire & Tyne Tees) kept going offline. During a routine check I told Sam from Technical Support about this, he remotely connected to my Ultra android TV box and fixed the problem. Ultra TV now is now working very well I will recommend Ultra to all my friends and family. Thank you Sam your support is amazing and much appreciated.

Great experience every time

Cant fault the product from the ultranet team. Customer service great help especially Sam who helped me to renew my subscription today.
Tried other companies but dont find the support and broadcastings as good when sat on the bank fishing for weeks at a time. Good Job guys n girls at Ultranet!!

Incredible support

Received extremely supportive help from Sam who really helped us get everything up and running. We are not great with anything even slightly technical but Sam walked us through the process and his patience was incredible. The Ultra package is brilliant. Highly recommended.

Sam was incredible!! Elite Customer Service

Sam was an exceptionally professional customer service agent that helped me solve a problem with my device. He was patient, understanding, tried a lot of different methods to fix the extremely unusual problem, and came out the other side with a job well done! Would’ve been lost without him!

The people on the end of the phone really know their stuff & no matter what the problem, they from my experience can sort it.
We have been with them 3 years & can't think of going elsewhere.

Myultra install

Made my purchase which was easy, tried to install myself however I needed some guidance, spoke to Sam who was excellent in explaining what to do how to do it. Took me me through the whole process which was great. Thank you Sam .....Outstanding 😊

We could not figure how to turn off subtitles. We went to help and Jim came on l8ne. He was was brilliant. Very patient and kind to us oldies. Thankyou Jim so much
