Dont make any errors
Spotted a mistake on my current policy on receipt of my renewal couldn't amend it online nor would they change it directly , told to cancel renewal which I thought I did on line and start afresh with a new policy, it now looks as though I have cancelled the policy and they won't reinstate so effectively I am uninsured,

Certain amendments are not possible to be made after taking out your policy, so we offer the ability to cancel for free. You can then take out a new policy with the correct details via our website, https://myurbanjungle.com.

Fine apart from odd error message during sign up
Everything was fine, until I made my credit card payment. Then I got an error screen saying "something has gone wrong" contact our support team. I tried filling out the contact form but no SEND button appeared, even though I completed all the options on screen. However, my confirmation email came through a little later and I can access all my policy documents, so all seems OK now. I would've given 5 stars apart from the odd "error message".

Urban Jungle is a great company
Urban Jungle is a great company. Very easy to take out policies but best of all when you have a problem they do not quibble but are most helpful. I would also add that the price of my travel insurance was far better than I thought it would be with great inclusions for the cover.
