Simple process in signing in. Good value for money. web sight of what's covered or not is in your face just what I like.

They gave explanations where necessary and the offer to contact them if still not sure. Form was easy to complete. As soon as completed and payment policy was sent within minutes.

Need to be very very careful with the wording of their travel insurance policy in relation to sports cover. Policy documents state amateur marathon running is including but on questioning them I discovered this actually means you are covered to run 26 miles by yourself for fun, but not any kind of actual marathon. Wording seems incredibly misleading to me given it is a seperate category to just 'Running' and I think most people would assume this would cover you to run a marathon event as an amateur.

NEVER AND I MEAN NEVER sign up to this company. They treat young people with little respect. I was burgled and they find any possible way to avoid paying out. In the end it was because they didn’t inflict enough damage. They will never pay out and due to my age just thought they could pass me off and ignore me. Go to anyone else, I promise you

Insurance user process was very easy and efficient. Great for uni student house where only one individual needs to be covered.

So easy to complete application I had try to apply on the phone with another company It was a nightmare an hour & a half later I still didn't have policy set up!!!!!
