Top Drawer Support from Urban Jungle

Following a significant water leak that damaged a ceiling, bedroom and contents, Matt and the Urban Jungle Team have been in one word ‘immense’. The rapid support and help with resolution has been first class. . We’ve had constant communication with Matt, who has been really understanding and put our minds at rest through a really challenging time. A massive thank you and we hugely commend Matt who has been so supportive throughout the process.

A good price and cover but I can't open any of my policy documents. Looks like a scam.

Easy to use purchase apart from an unexpected admin fee

Found via a comparison site. Top marks for the application page being easy to use with sensible options to increase/decrease coverage amounts and excesses. The policy document was also written in plain English (as much as these things can be...). Removing one star as when I reached the checkout an additional £45 admin fee magically appeared on the quote which didn't show on the comparison site, and after payment I realised I'd been opted in to auto renewal rather than being asked to select this.
