SCAM PRODUCT
Having placed an order for 4pairs of large socks, for a cost of £50.00, I was extremely upset to receive an invoice , telling me my order had been delivered and, cost £19.99.
I sent an email immediately asking why there was a differential in price, only to be told, that I was on a special price of £50.00, despite the invoice I had by email, stating much less.
My frustration was further heightened when I got home, to find out that they had sent S / M size, which are way too small.
Having heard returns are at my expense, I would advise anyone thinking of buying any of their products, to give them a really wide berth.
FEELS LIKE A SCAM.
Poor customer service, poor quality product and poor after service.

They sent the incorrect size and then told me I needed to ship to Canada for $20 to get my correct size. The package came from Jamica Queens 11430, so the extra cost to ship and track to Canada screams scam.

Did not work at all.
I received two units, neither of which worked at all. I charged them as per the instructions on three occasions. The units lit up but did not deliver any noticeable massage /stimulus that could be felt at the foot pads. I have had/used other makes of similar units so I am aware of how they are suppose to perform. These particular units were a waste of money. Mike Law

The mats didn’t work. Charged and tried to use but no pulse, just a light going on @ off!
I returned them (cost £20). Got a full refund after a couple of weeks.

The product works on a part time basis
The product works on a part time basis. One of the two power units will not charge so we spend a lot of time charging stuff. Other than that the product is good. Once you get got the delivery problem sorted out all was good.

The pad I order for my feet to be massaged seemed to work well. Charged the device then later I connected it to the pad placed my feet on it worked well. I think the other reviews don’t know how to work the device . It’s easy felt good to my feet I have neuropathy hopefully helps them we will see in due time
