1st only one pair fit properly and would not recommend still waiting to see if they send me a replacement for two defective pairs! Well as others have said there not smooth inside leaving you legs looking terrible would not recommend this company so far.

The inside of the socks is not finished smoothly, so at the end of the day, my legs looked like they'd been buried in gravel all day- all pitted and sore. Will have to throw these out. I gave 2 because the fit was good.

I give the product a 4 star but the customer service a 1 star!
I ordered the socks and the blue ones came properly sized. I also ordered white and black and although they were the same size as the blue ones they were HUGE. they went up about 8" above my knee. when I contacted customer support, ther first response was quick. I supplied them the info they aske for and it has been 3 days since I last heard from them even though I email daily to do an exchange that they offered.

I placed an order and made a mistake with the sizing. I sent an email to inquire about returning the products for the correct size. To my delight and satisfaction, the return email from a staff member Nikki was professional and offered a solution straight away. The first call solution was excellent. I managed to secure another order, without all the mumbo jungo one would normally have to put up with from other companies I have had to deal with in the past. For me it wasn't about the money, it was about being actually valued and listened to. The product is great and well made and offered me the pain relief I was searching for. The sizes were very small didn’t fit and no return policy never contacted customer support. They wanted me to spend 20 bucks to sit in the back and then send me a new pair no help with sizing.

Mistake on ordering
Somehow I have just made a mistake and put 2 orders in for my socks 🤦♀️.
I messaged them straight away to try to cancel both orders, got a lovely person come back (Alex S) who helped my sort the orders out, I told he I needed the 1st order but need it it to be shipped on the express as I need them by October 2nd in the U.K. .
He sorted it all out with in 1/2 hr of me E-mailing (there was a cancellation free ,but I was okay with that as it was my fault ) .
Just received an email stating out all the figure and what I would receive back.
This was done so efficiently, I am so great full for all your help with this matter .
Looking forward to receiving my sock.
