Best platform to purchase items from Indian online stores and get shipped to USA. I have ordered cloths, jewellery and home decor from different online stores from India and had great experience in getting them shipped to USA. Easy process, no problem so far. Very interactive, User friendly website. Continuous follow up on whats app for the progress of orders received. Staff is good and reply to messages on time. Great services, well organised and customer service is good.

Terrible service from start forget about the finish. Myxborder they make false promises, provided zero updates, and completely lacked communication. I had to keep chasing them again and again with no proper response. In the end, I had to give up and not use them. Absolutely unprofessional and unreliable—avoid them if you value your time and peace of mind and find alternative.
They took more then two weeks accessing the courier charges and seeking approval lol , asked me to get parcel ready then made me reopen the parcel and asked for video and then no response. And still no response after 2 weeks.

First time user. Happy with the whole process.
On a side note, I wish some of the online retailers not enforce OTP for delivery of the goods which makes it difficult to order from abroad.Going forward I plan to use only retailers who will deliver without OTP.

This was my first time with MyXBorder and the experience was amazing, the team was very communicative through the process and they were even able to help with a delivery issue without me worrying about it.

Customer service is on point. Samrendra has been great. He needs a raise! Solves all the issues with ease.

Comme convenu, je reviens sur mon appréciation avec MyXBorder.
Suite à mon petit soucis, ils ont réagi rapidement et ont ré-expédié mon colis très vite après le retour à l'envoyeur. Cette fois-ci avec le document qu'il manquait.
Tout s'est bien déroulé cette fois-ci, la perte de temps n'aura été que de 5 jours, ce qui est très acceptable.
En tous cas, on peut compter sur leur suivi, ils répondent systématiquement, c'est un excellent point.
Est-ce que je recommande? Oui, mais il ne faut pas oublier qu'il peut y avoir des imprévus à faire venir des marchandises depuis l'autre bout du monde! :)

Expérience mitigée avec MyXBorder...
Au début tout va bien, j'ai utilisé leurs services pour acheter un smartphone pas encore sorti dans mon pays. Ils ont un service d'accompagnement très bien fait qui vous explique comment passer commande et leur passer le relais pour l'envoi à l'international. Ils expliquent même très bien les différentes étapes et les formalités nécessaires pour la catégorie de marchandise concernée (ils fournissent même des photos de vos articles une fois reçus).
L'envoi a été fait rapidement, via FedEx, et même si j'ai dû payer un peu plus cher que prévu, je n'y voyais pas d'inconvénient vu leur bon suivi et service.
En revanche, ça s'est compliqué ensuite... FedEx m'informe de ma date de livraison, en pleine semaine : pour ne pas la louper je pose un jour de congé.
Je paye les droits de dédouanement, et j'attends impatiemment la livraison du cadeau d'anniversaire de ma femme!
Et là, FedEx m'informe que mon colis repart à l'expéditeur en raison d'un document qui n'a pas été fourni (NOC, No Objection Certifcate)...
Je contacte donc MyXborder pour comprendre et savoir ce qu'il va se passer ensuite: ils me disent qu'ils ont envoyé le colis sans le fameux NOC car le vendeur initial du produit ne leur a pas fourni!...
Et là j'ai du mal avec cette explication tournée en excuse! En tant que professionnels du domaine, ils savent que ce document est nécessaire. Ils doivent le demander avant de procéder à un envoi!
Là j'attends que mon colis revienne chez MyXBorder pour qu'ils me le renvoient ensuite... Espérant que cela aboutira, je commence à m'inquiéter...
Le bon point est qu'ils répondent toujours, même si je trouve leur réponses "limites" sur mon incident.
Je reverrais mon évaluation à la hausse s'ils résolvent sérieusement et rapidement mon cas.
