AVOID this company

I wish I had read the other reviews before ordering from this company. Shambolic and the clothes are awful quality. Problems with delivery, telling me it had been delivered when it hadn’t. Problems returning one of two items. Actually took 8 weeks plus numerous emails to get this sorted as the coat did not return to NA-KD even though EVRI acknowledged the item. Still I kept calm and polite. In the meantime the remaining item we kept is now not fit for wear. The lining has all ripped where the seams have not been sewn properly. My daughter likes the shape of the coat so will take to a dress alteration service to be re lined. Huge problems getting a partial refund and the first claim was rejected because my 6 very clear photos were not apparently good enough. I finally threw my toys out of the pram and got a 25% refund…still waiting on this but I am ever hopeful…Not an experience I intend to repeat

-10/10!!!The store is violating their returns policy. The store's customer service is incompetent, doesn't respond to my questions, and constantly sends the same text, suggesting they're only responding to me from a robot. I've been waiting a MONTH!!!€ for a refund, and still no response or information.

What a terrible company

What a terrible company! Clothes were ridiculously small and poor quality so decided to return!! What a nightmare. Not only do they take money off for returning they also take 3 weeks to return your money. Joke of a company. Avoid at all costs. Clothes on SHEIN are better.

Stay away

This is my second order with the company, and I find myself questioning why I decided to order again after a long and painful experience. Once again, I returned a dress, and 15 days later, I still haven’t received my refund. The tracking details stopped updating once the courier received the package. I received an automated email stating that it can take up to 21 days to process returns, which means I could be without my money for a month or longer. I will never purchase from this company again!

Utterly ridiculous

I ordered an item. Had to pay 3,95 euro for shipping at a budbee locker location. Which they changed the location twice. The item was cheap and ill fitting. So I wanted to return the item. The website said that I would have to pay an additional 4,95 for return, If I had more than 3 (somewhere else it said 4) items I would have to pay 1 euro extra per item. Then it was unclear to how I would have to return said item.. Really bad customer service because I would have to send a message... I'm all for sustainability, but this is utterly ridiculous. Why would I, in total have to pay 8,90 for you to send me an item and then back.. Why am I paying 1euro more than the company for shipping?! Considering you have an agreement with the delivery company. Safe to say Im never ever buying anything from here and I'm advising no one to.

Avoid this awful scam company

Where do I even start with this awful scam company??? There is a reason why each item of clothing doesn’t have any option to review!! Run!! Do not order from here!! I purchased a coat from here and paid via klarna and when it came, it was absolutely huge and massive, despite me ordering a size below my usual size (XS) so I decided to return it, but their returns policy is absolutely AWFUL.

They told me that I’d have to pay £4.95 to return, and an additional £1 for extra items, which is nonsense to me, considering I could have purchased my own label for cheaper. Then when I sent the item back, the return wasn’t processed for such a long time, at this point it had been nearly over 2 weeks and not a single word from them, I notified klarna of my return, and they said they were waiting for a response from NA-KD to confirm my return. Okay, I understand.

After around 14 days, I contacted customer service whom said that I need to wait 14-21 days for the return to even be processed?? The warehouse is in bloody Manchester for gods sake, I don’t understand what company requires such a long time for a simple return, and it was very clearly an automated copy and paste message.

Now, it has been OVER 30 days, and despite me receiving confirmation that the company has received my package. They declined the return request on klarna, and I’m now due to pay for a coat that I have returned, despite having all the email confirmation from NA-KD themselves AND all the tracking information to prove the return. This is absolutely awful customer service, and there isn’t even a phone number to ask anyone directly, so I’m relying on sporadic emails as the only/main form of communication with this brand.

I will DEFINITELY be sticking to the likes of asos, mango etc. Because clearly this company does not value ther customers, and wants to scam you, by taking your money and refusing to establish returns. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Don't waste your time and money here

I wish I had read the reviews on here before I purchased from this dreadful company. Such a complete waste of time and money. The boots they sent were cheap crap and I had to pay postage on top and then a return fee was deducted. The refund took forever as well. How are these cowboys still operating?

Awful - do not order

I ordered 3 things, 2 of which I sent back. One of the items I sent back, I sent back because it arrived broken. They only partially accepted by retour for no reason, only "repaying" me with a gift card *half* the worth of the amount of money I payed of the items I sent back. They also charged me for the return, even though I had to since the item had arrived in the main broken. I never write reviews on stores, but this was so outrageous that I had to. Their customer service is garbage, so please do noy order anything if you care about your money in the slightest.

Is this company still operating

Is this company still operating? I sent a top back on the 30th November after Evri rejected it initially so obviously their relationship with couriers is not good. As at todays date not received my refund only £25 but still. No replies to emails sent. My advice go elsewhere

Awful customer service

Awful customer service. Parcel arrived much later than was due. Sizing was completely off so I decided to TRY and return the parcel to no avail. Their courier cannot register the return parcel as NA-KD are no longer in their client list. Cannot contact either Evri about this or get a reply from NA-KD about how to alternatively post the parcel inspite of contacting them about this via their contact form. They have no other form of customer service. So I’m £120 quid down. Will never order from the again.

Disappointing Experience with NAKD

I recently ordered clothes from Nakd for the first time, and I have to say I’m extremely disappointed. The sizing is completely off – I typically wear a medium, but I ordered a small, and it was still too big! On top of that, the quality of the clothes is not at all what I expected. Everything feels flimsy, and it’s clear that the items are cheaply made (all made in China, as it turns out).
What really frustrated me, though, was the return process. Not only do you have to pay for delivery when you order, but when you want to return something, you're expected to pay nearly double what you paid for delivery! The return process itself is confusing and unclear, making it even harder to deal with.
All in all, I deeply regret making a purchase from Nakd. If you’re looking for good-quality clothing and a hassle-free shopping experience, I strongly suggest you avoid this brand. Definitely won’t be buying from them again.

I’m shocked .. worst experience ever

I’m shocked ..
Worst customer service ever ..
I placed an order with the express shipping method and it took 2 weeks to be shipped , then was never delivered and returned to nakd because of the wrong address information which is totally false, I spoke to dhl and they informed they never sent the package via express option , so this means the company is tricking customers into buying a service they don’t provide, customer service didn’t give me any solutions, just gaslighting messages… they gave me a discount code probably as a strategy to make customers buy more ..
Placed a new order thinking would be impossible for this to happen again , payed the express option and placed it way before 1 pm (was indicated that orders placed before that time will be processed the same day) and still haven’t gotten any confirmation or shipping number ..
Contacted the customer service fearing I would experience this again and they sent me the same automated message ..
Just some minutes ago I got a new email with this message!!
I’m sorry to inform you that we do not offer express delivery at this time. We currently only provide standard delivery for all orders.
This is not what is shown on the website!! And what I payed for ..
So this is basically a way of tricking people .. wow

Extremely long refund proces

Not buying again. On two occations I have purchased and returned items from NA-KD and on both occations it has taken them months to return my payment - which is rediculous, as Zalando, Boozt and others manage to return within a week. I know they have the package, but nothing seems to happen!
Shape up - you are loosing customers!

Nyköpt plagg luktade svett

Beställde kläder men upptäckte när jag provade ett av plaggen att den luktade väldigt mycket svett. Någon har använt den och svettats rejält och sedan returnerat den. Hittade även flera väldigt långa ljusa hårstrån som satt fast på den, har själv kort och mörkt hår så det var inte mina.
Otroligt äckligt. Hoppas att jag inte får skabb eller något nu efter att ha tagit i den.
Skickade tillbaka den. Den var även lite för liten då måtten på sidan inte stämde överens med plagget i verkligheten.
Tror inte jag kommer handla här igen.
Det är iaf väldigt bra att returer inte kastas men tråkigt att svettiga kläder returneras och säljs vidare.

They lost my package

They lost my package

I waited for nearly a month for my order, only to be told that the package was lost. Instead of a proper apology, they offered me a 30% discount on full-price items for my next purchase, which is useless since the site currently has a 40% off sale on everything. This experience has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. Do not buy from them, they do not deliver the items and are a scam.

I returned a parcel on the 8th April…

I returned a parcel on the 8th April 2024. It’s been more than a month but I haven’t been refunded. It’s very difficult to reach out to customer service regarding this issue as well. I haven’t heard back from them since I requested an update more than a week ago. The worst is they are still sending me emails regarding discounts for their new lines. This is the worst customer service experience I have ever had. I don’t know who to reach out to.

Sono davvero pessimi

Sono davvero pessimi, i peggiori che abbia mai acquistato! Taglie non corrispondenti, servizio clienti pessimo, si prendono i costi dei resi e poi neanche ti rimborsano! Se non volete perdere i vostri soldi non comprate assolutamente da questa azienda!
