I was one of the first Naama studio's customers. When I used their service, they didn't have many reviews here.

So I had to believe what I saw on the website, which was claiming that 80% of the tattoo would be gone after 3 months.

I had exactly 3 months of sessions and over 10 visits in which they did two sessions. Initially, I had a good result, but it literally didn't have any impact after the fourth session.

I was told that I had too many sessions too often. Therefore, I wasn't getting the results. It kind of makes sense but then what is the point of paying double or tribble the cost of any other tattoo removal technology, plus why are you claiming that you will get rid of 80% of the tattoo in less than 3 months.

The other claim they had was, no pain no blisters or scarf because of their new technology. I'm not sure about that because I continue having my tattoo removal session in Greece, where I used pico technology, and you can ask the clinic how strong or low you want to have the laser.

I currently have Pico tech tattoo removal, and I'm super happy with the progress and aftermath. I don't get any blisters nor scarf, and I have a session every 8 - 10 weeks - unfortunately, that's the gap you need to give your body; otherwise, you are not getting great results.

You can get a session with Pico tech weekly as well, but you won't be happy with the results. So trust the process and give enough gap between each session.

The team who works are really nice people. They definitely have a really nice clinic in a good location, but the claimed technology is definitely a joke.

As someone who had 10 visits 20 treatments with Naama Studio and plus 2 sessions with Pico technology - I can tell you that, don't waste your time and money with Naama studios.

I decided on going to Naama to have laser eyebrow tattoo removal and I am so glad I did. They are incredibly knowledgable and efficient. The process is relatively painless with no downtime and after only a few sessions there is a dramatic difference in how my brows look. Verity takes time and focuses on achieving the best outcome after every sessions. They have different lasers and varying strengths. It’s a sophisticated system. It is definitely worth the price.

AVOID, it will take you the same amount of time to laser your tattoo if you went to another laser removal, is what there experts said to me on the first day?but I thought Naama was quicker, A LIE,the difference is you can come twice a month they say, but I was not able to after my second treatment,what about this tested great technology of theres,how can my tattoo get darker, there experts was amazed by what there so called great technology has done to me, this is a scam for your money, 100% not worth it, my arm is not in a good state,there technology has not been tested on all people and are still tested on us customers, no pictures,no refunds, don’t be fooled by you can get a refund after your first treatment, when I asked they said you will see a result after a week,by then your 7 days for a refund is gone, so I had another treatment, it got darker WOW,waste of my money, I’m man that goes gym and eats very healthy, my immune system is strong, i yet have not seen any difference and it’s been months, better go to PULSE clinic, experts at PULSE clinic said nothing has happened and I believe you if you think your tattoo has got darker because it is very dark they said, Naama expert said it there self,it’s darker and I won’t treat it for a couple of weeks Rebecca said,but I thought your tech as been tried and tested, we cannot take out colours, what kind of technology is this, don’t know how they got good reviews but there technology does not work that’s why there’s no after care. They seem to take out all the bad reviews.why? Please Do your research first,I did not, if your a black,Asian or even Caucasian it still might not work, for Asian and black skin you need a pico laser only. I have seen a difference at PULSE on my first treatment now, it’s why I’ve updated my review, PULSE CLINIC would not treat my arm for the first couple of weeks after seeing the redness on my arm that Naama tec has done, even though the Naama treatment was over a month ago, it still did not heal,that’s called customer CARE and knowledge of their own technology by pulse clinic, they know all about there technology there treating us with unlike the unknown technology of Naama, this is a business to Naama and that’s it.REFUND u will not get?

I started coming to NAAMA back in October and have been loving it! I had tried other tattoo removals and the service at NAAMA is just outstanding. The whole experience from booking to the actual session is just extremely personalized. They are very accommodating with your requests. I've seen great progress with my tattoo removal and I can't wait to complete the removal!

I am having 2 tattoos removed at Naama and I can't recommend the studio enough. The therapists are skilled, professional, reassuring and overall (including FOH staff) just lovely. The lasers are gentle on the skin and although there can sometimes be a slight sting (my experience has been that avoiding caffeine, alcohol and exercise for 1 day prior to appointment means also avoiding pain) on most occasions there is no pain during the treatment and a very quick recovery afterwards following Naama recommended aftercare. Its clear that my skin is still healthy and hasn't been damaged in the process, and my tattoos are fading gradually with great results.

Need to go back to the drawing board with their laser!

Nice concept that doesn't yet work.

I've had 5 sessions and they have gone over the tattoo entirely 10 times. 0 improvement. I have since gone to Pulse Light Clinic and can see a difference after 1 session.

I used to fear showing my eyebrows without any makeup. My eyebrows were botched. Since starting treatment with NAAMA my confidence has drastically improved. My micro blading has faded at a fast and unexpected rate. I could not be any happier with the results.

As a dark-skinned (African) woman, I was initially concerned about laser treatment due to possible scarring/hyperpigmentation. But I’ve had no such issues with NAAMA. 10 sessions later and the healing process is still as smooth as it was on day one.

NAAMA is truly filled with kind, helpful and knowledgeable staff. Verity who regularly does my laser treatment has been amazing. She always makes me feel safe and welcome. She's great company! NAAMA is 100% the place to go for all tattoo removal!

So far very happy with the treatment and care that I have received at Naama, I am so impressed with the healing process and how this laser causes no damage to the skin at all. Very friendly and helpful staff always making me feel very welcome and comfortable, highly recommended to anyone looking to remove a tattoo.

I would definitely recommend Naama. I was nervous for my first session but the staff are all so lovely & welcoming, they put me immediately at ease. I’m pleased with how quick the session goes & the healing process is really quick too! I’ve been able to go back every 2 weeks which is great! I would recommend listening to music or using the iPad provided to zone out to Netflix, really helps to distract from the procedure.

I thought it was only fair that I update my review after I did 11 sessions with Naama (and now go elsewhere for my treatments). The staff is wonderful, the location and facilities are beautiful, but the technology is still quite new and not as effective on darker skin. I noticed a difference that I was happy with from sessions 4-8 but then not much difference from there. I was offered complimentary sessions as Naama were committed to removing the tattoo, but I decided not to go ahead, as I've had more effective results with fewer sessions elsewhere. I am a very active person who follows a healthy diet, but unfortunately it just wasn't effective for me.

Naama studios is absolutely amazing, I love going there.

They make the process as painless as possible and really make you feel comfortable and valued.

My experience with Naama studios is super positive. I’m now at my third tattoo removal session and I can already see the results!
The process is not painful and it’s pretty quick. You’d be amazed by how effective their technology is.
Besides of the innovative technology they use, they provide a great customer service too. Since the first time I walked the door they put me at ease and explained me all the steps we would have gone through very well and always been there if I had any questions, always in the nicest way.
I’m removing a face tattoo so I was concerned about possible scarring when I first started looking for a tattoo removal. But thanks to Naama studios everything is going very well and the healing process very smooth with no signs of scarring at all.
I’d definitely recommend the studio to anyone thinking about removing a tattoo!
