As in previous reviews be forewarned: DO NOT Buy. Nacya’s is the trading name under which I fell for their advertising. Should have checked before I clicked too quickly. Quality is substandard. Sizing was odd too. Trash from A to Z. Absolute nightmare for return and no refund. Adhered to their return policy. Fraudulent from A to Z. Delay tactics, ridiculously low refund offers, no return address given, postage too expensive for return. Don’t waste your money and time. Lesson learned.

This company is completely and utterly fraudulent. I would give minus stars if I were able to! The clothes are worse than substandard - would find better value and quality at a local street market. Added to that the returns procedure is such that you can be guaranteed never to get your money back.

Were do I begin , items I purchased were trash, nothing like what was advertised .
I contacted the company , wanted to return , I was offer10% refund £6, they said it would cost too much to return , I was so annoyed I did return after receiving returns label, cost £15 tracked.
That was july 2019, in contact with the company, they kept telling me they haven’t received the return
In January2020 the items were returned to me, I queried this at the post office, they said the probably wouldn’t accept the return

So I’m now gonna cut the dresses (if I can call them dresses ) & use as dusters

Have to put 1 star to enable a review. Fraud - do not buy. Credit card has got some money back for me. Goods returned to them have come back to me after months. Nothing as it seems....utter trash.

I would warn anyone not to deal with this company, NACYAILSA. I ordered a dress and a pair of shorts from them on 10th July. I ordered a size smaller in the dress and a size larger for the shorts. The dress was huge, the material cheap and nasty and the colours nothing like the picture. The shorts I couldn't get over my thighs. I went through the returns procedure, meticulously, sending their return label on the original packaging, providing reference number and tracking number and notified them by email that I was returning goods within 2 days of receipt. I left it some weeks, as instructed, for my refund to be processed and heard nothing. I checked the tracking and found the parcel had arrived at Shanghai Customs on 27th. There have been a huge number of emails back and forth and each time the company said they hadn't received the parcel. I finally contacted the Royal Mail and they said that in China their parcels don't get delivered, they are notified and are expected to collect themselves. THEN, my parcel arrived back to me! I returned to Nacyailsa with this information and they offered me 35% refund which I refused and said I wanted a full refund as I had fulfilled all my obligation and paid £13.30 in postage. They then offered 40% which I again refused. The next email said 'We have not received your parcel'. I am still emailing them. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Why is this Company still trading with thousands of dissatisfied customers? They should be behind bars.

As with others I have read I would give no stars at all and wish I had read the reviews first. Spent over £117 on various tops none of which fitted properly or was as described. I returned the items in July by tracked service. They did not have it released from customs and after some very annoying emails I got 50% of my money back and the parcel came back to me yesterday, 6 Nov!! PayPal were no help whatsoever so disgusted with their attitude too.

Fraudulent company. Sending out goods that do not match the description and then pretending they have a returns policy.
When you send the gear back, they refuse to contact Chinese Customs to get it released. You lose your money. Steer well clear,

I am still awaiting my monies back from two items which were appalling in quality and had no resemblance to the pictures shown. I spent nearly £60.00 had to spend £11.00 on postage and they deny ever receiving my returns yet I know they did.
I wished I had read the reviews and not been so quick to order from this fraudulent company.
Please do not waste your time, the material is awful, and so are the people that run this company. I might as well have thrown my hard earned money down a drain!!!!!
Be warned, take heed and DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY EVER.

Scammers! I wouldn’t even give 1 star but you have to. The pics are stolen from somewhere because the items looked nothing like. The material was scandalous one item was supposed to be cotton polyester- the only cotton was the damned label! Luckily paid through PayPal because returning is difficult and as for refund, jokers!

Problems returning items.

I placed an order with them and everything was delivered without a problem. I needed to return most of the items as the sizing was completely odd. They made it very difficult to return. Initially asking me not to return the items and they would give me a 15% refund. I said no I'd expect 75% refund as the cost of returning the items was about 25% of the total value. They increased their offer to 30%, I said this was unacceptable and would return the goods. Returned the items on 8 August and I know the package has been released by customs in China on 12 August. I emailed them 3 September and they said they hadn't received the package. I gave them the tracking number and still nothing. I have emailed them again today as have heard nothing. Ridiculous.

Do not buy. They don’t care, send out emails which are basically full of lies and rip you off. Stay away, do not part with any money. Theses people need stopping! Would not refund me, made everything awkward and time delay specialists. Horrible.

Very bad customer service. I am still waiting for a response as an item was undelivered. They are ignoring my requests for a refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Shame I couldn’t give then zero stars, these people are scammers, my wife bought a dress and returned it as it did not fit description and was poorly made and far to small. They keep fobbing you off, and say they have not received item and to keep waiting. Have managed a chargeback as I fear they will be doing this to many other people who do not realise, as we did that they are from mainland China. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM.

They took £125 of my money. The clothes were terrible with holes in one. Nothing like the pictures. Sent them back to China but without tracking no (too expensive). They sent receipt won’t pay me anything. Never buy from sites which offer lots of colours for same item and discounts on every item. Never buy where the registered co is not on the site. These sites change their names every couple of weeks once they start getting found out and start again without the negative reviews. Stick to companies registered in your own country.

BUYER BEWARE. AVOID AVOID AVOID. The returns centre is based in China. There is NO mention of this on their returns policy. The items are of poor standard and do not fit a European size. Returns have to be sent back at buyer expense. PayPal will back them so do not start a 'Resolution' with them either. I complained that there was no mention of the returns centre being in China and that this will deliberately evasive knowing that purchasers would not bother to return to China at buyer expense.. If there was, I would not have purchased, complained to PayPal, but got nowhere. PayPal considered the withholding of such vital info to be acceptable. Still had to send back at a cost of £27 to myself.
Here is a copy of the returns policy. As you will see, no mention of the returns centre being in China.

Please do not purchase it is a nightmare to deal with. When items arrived the sizing was erratic to say the least. Not great quality, didn’t look anything like the pictures and packaging poor without labels. When asked to return lots of excuses made and refund of 15% offered to get clothes altered. This was not even honoured. Cost to return back to China more than items worth even if they had given return number and address which they wouldn’t. Contacted Paypal and reported with the above information and they still didn’t respond. Pay pal we’re great, refunded all the money and said keep the items. Be persistent if in similar situation. Avoid you can find better elsewhere.

Buyer beware! Just don’t buy. Items were purchased two months ago, by my daughter. I checked reviews and minutes later cancelled order. As reviews were so bad and my daughter is 13.
Even though their own terms and conditions state you can cancel, and I emailed them directly they still took payment and proceeded to send me items.
The items were ill made, ill fitting, for example one dress you would need to be 6”4 to wear it.
I emailed them to say I wanted to send the items back and they could trace my details from my email. Rubbish. I then send order No. no reply!! The items are nothing like in the photos.
I’ve complained to PayPal and to Facebook.
And I’ll keep complaining and writing reviews until issue is resolved. I also am not paying for return shipping to China.

If I could give this company no stars I would. Just wish that I’d read this before having ordered from them. Worse than dreadful. DO NOT order anything from them. Have given up trying to get refund for the trash they sell, which is not what they describe. My time is more valuable.
