Every piece I’ve bought is beautifully made, I unfortunately ordered wrong size and had to return but the customer service is exceptional, they dealt with it quickly and efficiently with great communication. Will definitely buy again they really are unique.

We had an issue with the promo code and the team was very reactive to answer us on the same day (even late) and looked for different options to solve the issue.
It was not easy but they even reimbourse us after the purchase as we could not wait ! Very well done by the team.

I bought 4 dresses from Nadine Merabi. The quality was luxurious and the design was superior! I am so excited to wear these dresses for my graduation photos, engagement photos, bridal shower and I hope to order another for my civil wedding. I contacted them and their customer service was so prompt, I had an email in less that 15 minutes on a Saturday! Thank you Nadine Merabi!

I am very happy with the service I get from Alex. I love all the clothing from Merabi. Excellent quality and beautiful design.

I am really disappointed in the customer service approach. I paid for a Saturday delivery, which states it’s a ‘guaranteed delivery,’ only for the item not to arrive until Monday. I was still expected to pay, and the customer service response was poor given the prices of the garments. As someone who has thought highly of NM and bought many outfits from the retailer, I am now put off shopping at Nadine Merabi in the future.

Also, the email response is, without any doubt, AI!!! given that the emails were responded to and replied to within a minute—again, a huge letdown that such an admirable brand has now lost its human touch and sincere customer service approach.

Ordered a jumpsuit for my husbands 50th 29th of March. It said 1 business day delivery. However, realised there was no movement. Contacted customer service. Explained to Alex my concerns. Told me I'd have to wait it's 3-6 business days. I'd recieve it latest 6th of April. Still didn't arrive. Alex advised they could do nothing as they had sent it. Checked with the courier. Courier advised they had only created a label. Alex then had to admit this was true. Contacted their warehouse. Back and forth. They are now in dispute with the courier company leaving me out of pocket. No outfit instead of replacing or refunding or advising me. Most of us can't just splash that type of money. It takes 11 days. Through nothing got to do with me. I'm left out of pocket, no outfit. The customer service rep is on repeat. I'm sorry but... no solutions for me. I will be taking it further to consumer protection

Beautiful dress, excellent quality. The Customer Service team assisted me with an issue I was having with the returns portal. They responded immediately and were really helpful, especially Alex!

I ordered a jumpsuit from Nadine Merabi. The quality was beautiful but the jumpsuit was just a bit too big so I decided to return in. In the course of making the return, I ran into a glitch on the site that caused me to miss out on an offered credit. When I brought the issue to the company’s attention, they quickly resolved the issue and even went beyond that to offer me an additional credit. It is hard to find companies that make a quality product and have great customer service so definitely a 5 star for me.
