Les vernis ne tiennent pas du tout, mis un soir avant de se coucher (evidemment doigts sec) le lendemain matin il y a des manques de vernis sur les ongles….

Le vernis ne tiens pas mauvaise qualité c’est plutôt un feutre ne pas acheté arnaque délais de livraison trois semaines nul

1/Délai entre la commande est la livraison , presque 1 mois, commander le 26/06, reçu le 21/07 , bcq trop long
2/ emballage, pas de mot d'accompagnement, juste les crayons déposés comme ça dans un sachet, pas de boîte... Même un particulier envoyant un colis via des plateformes fait mieux
3/ qualité déplorable, ce n'est pas les couleurs que j'ai commandé, sur les 5 crayons reçus, 1 crayon est complètement sec. Il fait ouvrir chaque crayon pour voir la couleur.

4/ service client qui ne sert a rien, qui ne répond pas où répond a côté.

Bref à fuire, car 30€ pour ça c'est mal honnête !!

I wondered if anyone had similar experience to mine.
I read about this company from reddit. Looked very good.
Only later to find out that this company doesn't adhere to basic rules.
Firsly on the website the price were in promotion, so happily I ordered only later to be charged full price, as it magically changed when paying the price. I was thinking it was black Friday so it finished so they were changing prices. I found out the prices was still reduced the next day. Strange, I thought. Was charged full price though so the promotion was still there. The set I bought was missing one item. The price difference would be if added the ingredients on the website price was over &£ 12 but was given back£6. Nobody asked me if I still want to buy a set if they have missing item.
The other things, the spatula and brushing one were scratched or factory faulted product. I wouldn't mind only this was for present and was paid full price and didn't look good.
The plastic box was broken on delivery as they filled the box with pieces of box, that doesn't give a protection.Also was given different nail tips, it was mated inside on the picture but clear on the delivery with different number of items in the box.
I explained the problems and asked if I can return the products only to be answered with no solution just return with the sign on delivery paid by me. I paid over 180 for the products.
I am also neurodivergent and hassle like that I am trying to avoid at all cost. I admit that only on the edge of scam companies such as Fabletics are similar to this. Never experienced such a poor knowledge of customer rights.

Very bad costum service
Never got the order. Payed almost 80 euro got nothing in return. Naio does not compensate.so I never risk ordering again at this compagny

I love there products, from changing over brands I was going to face differences, but contacting customer service to advise me and they were so helpful, also had a damaged item, the problem was solved so effortlessly. I would recommend. Just hoping they bring out there own Uv lamp 🙏🏼

Shocking haven’t received my order spent a lot of money on it. And no one is answering me

Ordered gels a while ago and I love them. They’re really good quality and great colour pay off. I’ve tried them and another brand who are more expensive and I actually prefer these. My fav are the newer ones that cure in 30 seconds, such a time saver!! They level out so well and are a dream to apply to nails compared to cheaper gels. Will be ordering more !

If I can choose no star, I will definitely not give it a star! Very bad product, I bought more than 100 pounds of acrylic powder, and when I opened it, it was all dirty. I sent pictures to ask them to return the product, but the customer service said that I returned the product with bad intentions? I have never seen such a bad store with such crazy customer service, it is unreasonable. I think no one should spend money to buy products, and then spend money to return them, and spend time chatting on emails? ! But I think if this store encounters customer returns, they will not handle it! Even after you spend money to return it, they will not give you a money refund! Please be vigilant, don't be fooled! This is a very bad store! If you encounter this kind of thing, complain directly to the consumer rights department! Let the law intervene! Even if it is a small amount of money!

i ain't being funny but i paid £5 for next day delivery and it didn't come for 3 days then the guy finally decided to come but at half 8 in the morning when i'm asleep so now i cant get my order till tomorrow

PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY !!!!

They STOLE from me over 122.37£ !!!! I ordered products from them, but when I received them, I tested one of the powder and literally can tell the quality is really cheap. I emailed them for a return (FOR THE REST OF MY ORDER, APART FROM THE ONE I OPENED). I even paid for 1st class delivery with signature. And wow, they received my returned package, they signed for it (I GOT A PROOF OF DELIVERY AND THEIR GPS), but they DID NOT WANT TO PROCESS A REFUND for me AT ALL !!!

I have been trying to contact them like 1000 times but they DID NOT ANSWER. Only one time they replied to me, they said that “they haven’t received the returned package “. THIS IS ABSOLUTELY A JOKE AND RIDICULOUS!!!

GUYS PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE, please stay away from this dodge company at any circumstances. CHEAP products, WORST customer service, CHEATED company!!!!

I paid more than 100£ to learn a lession and have experience. So people please stop buying from them. They are the worst one in this entire world !!!

absolutely amazing other than the pictures they chose. Brought a nail polish thinking it was a dark nice nice but as soon as it arrived it was white very disappointed.

Pretty shocking customer service and crazy p&p costs as you get no choice but to pay £4.99 for next day delivery with DPD - even for small orders.

DPD threw my order behind a bush and I had to get a broom to try to reach it Naio Nails not interested - not even offering to take up the issue with DPD as their preferred courier - not the customer's choice.

Will not be using again as too costly and simply not worth it. They shd really reconsider their postal costs given others' reviews.

Received nail polish all smashed & leaking! Tried to call but the number on their contact details/ from their up to date website doesn’t exist. No reply to email either! Customer service is non existent for this company! Don’t waste your money!

So ....I have used this company for over 10 years now....I absolutely love their acrylic system but unfortunately I don't love it that much to pay from £82 for postage. I've paid up to £17 which is pretty steep too or oddly sometimes fortunate enough to get free postage....now its not that I'm moving house and my address is changing I've had same address in Northern Ireland for those years but for some reason the postage changes. My orders are always from £70 up....I'm am totally at a loose end now cause as any nail tech knows when you find a system that works for you and your clients you really do hate change but with these prices I most definitely couldn't afford to pay £82 on postage.

Poor customer service. Did not receive most of my items and now they have reissued the order I can not get any further information on when these will arrive and no tracking has been provided the order is just stuck in confirmed status with no one able to help get this resolved despite sending emails, using live chat and contacting via Facebook

Made an order, order confirmed, but then got email to say no stock. Then it should not have been able to order that product. Now got £27 tied up for 5-7 days, this company is uncontactable. Phone number doesn't work, and live chat waste of time, AVOID, AVOID, AVOID

they are never in stock and when you ask when they will be in stock they say they don’t know

Ordered 7 Gel Polishes but only received 5 so emailed them, was ignored so used their web chat, sat waiting for a while but no response until the next day. She told me her laptop was in repair so couldn't read or reply to emails! She then said that if the system says 7 came out then 7 I received. She'd contacted the delivery courier who told her the box was intact and not damaged. She then still argued the fact with me and was now going to check the warehouse CCTV and share it with me. Well guess what, CCTV showed 7 bottles going into my package but she couldn't share because, the last time she did, the customer put it on Facebooking.
I don't believe one word of any of her rubbish - there's only one pc/laptop/tablet/mobile in the whole set up? She managed to speak to my postman about the package? CCTV, if she actually has one watching the packers, knew exactly which package was mine. She wouldn't have been allowed to share CCTV footage anyway due to GDPR regulations and should know that!
I didn't want a refund or any money, just my two missing bottles.
