Placed an order on the Saturday before Easter. On the Tuesday when it hasn’t been despatched, I emailed to say it was needed by Thursday. Had a reply to say if it wouldn’t be despatched that day the order would be cancelled. They then chose to despatch the order on Thursday on a 48hr delivery. Royal Mail delivered it on the Saturday and left it on our front door step. We were away for 10 days and it wasn’t there when we returned. I’ve now sent 3 emails to them asking for a refund but I’ve had no reply. Love their products when I’ve bought from a stand at Lincs but their online service lets them down

After placing my order I received two incorrect items which were for Xmas gifts so a little disappointing. I emailed after Xmas as I know it’s a very busy period and mistakes happen to which I had no reply. I emailed again as I had not had a response and received an email apologising and that they would send out my correct items to which I have received nothing. I have used this company several times but I’m afraid will not be using again ☹️

So disappointed with my order. I ordered the bueno craved marshmallows. They are not at all as pictured in the website. No filling, not even the white / milk chocolate drizzle on top as described and pictured, and very poor packaging - broken pieces and bueno bars.

Awful company, ordered an advent calendar from them in mid November for a family member. It is now February and I have never received the product or received a refund. I have contacted them via email 4 times! And still have not received any response. Dreadful service and just one big scam. Don’t use them.

I got this advent calendar for my son a few years ago and he now asks for it every year. Great value for money, interesting flavours which are all amazing.

My grandson was absolutely thrilled with this. A really great product.

I have purchased from them before and, whilst I think their marshmallows are generally of good quality, I did not rate the quality of their advent calendar and would not recommend purchasing it. The marshmallows were not wrapped and so many were stale and unpleasant, several were in the wrong door so the flavour did not match that days description. I reached out to them but received no response. Overall I would say the advent calendar was not of good quality and was definitely not worth the cost - I would never buy it again. Their lack of customer service has also put me off ordering from them again for other products.

I ordered the advent calendar about 5 years ago which was absolutely delicious then more recently started to put awful flavours in. I would love to see a tailor made choose your own flavours advent calendar. As I have a slight intolerance to chocolate your mallows are ideal. Not too much chocolate. I would love to see a gingerbread flavour. I love s’mores mallows. I also love Easter mallows although I feel the quality of these have dropped a little from 5 years ago seems smaller pieces. Come on naked marshmallow co go back to basics when you were really at your best

Get the advent calendar every year

I purchased the Marshmallow advent calendar for my 14 year old teenage daughter. This was for her ‘special’ calendar at Christmas and I was not disappointed (neither was she!) It was a well made calendar that looked lovely out on display and the marshmallows inside were very good quality, a decent size, soft, squishy and apparently tasted delicious (so delicious that my daughter did not want to share!) Great idea to have different, and sometimes unique, flavours and my daughter looked forward to her favourite flavours reappearing as the month went on! I do think it is worth investing in the little fire fuel tin as my daughter loved having this so she could toast the marshmallows too…definitely worth the extra money for this novelty!
All in all a brilliant calendar, would definitely recommend 😊

The advent kit looked good but the product didn’t live upto expectation , flavours were all quite sickly . Also would prefer each days be wrapped as they are just open behind each door

Products look great but couldn’t find anything suitable for vegetarians……

The marshmallows are lovely and totally different to anything in the shops. Customer service and communication is very poor. I appreciate the time of year, but I ordered well in advance and it took over three weeks to fulfil the order. No information on lead delivery time. Phone calls and emails were ignored. I only got a response after I posted on Instagram which is clearly highly public. My order when it arrived had been substituted for another flavour. Happy with the product, would never order for Xmas again.

Beautifully manufactured flavours are truly are wonderful. With quality ingredients consistency, luxurious and indulgence..

This is a fantastic company, we had the advent calendar for 3rd time, alway brilliant quality and my go too because in the words of my son it's the best calendar EVER you get great size pieces and marvellous flavours non disappoint will be repurchasing next year.
