I would not hesitate to recommend Mr Patel. I am a lawyer specialising in medical law and was extremely picky about my doctors - I have seen far too many horror stories over the years in my professional life.

Mr Patel immediately put me at ease - he is extremely personable (a rarity for surgeons) and was available at any time to answer any questions. His secretary, Kristina, is also extremely responsive, helpful and professional. The whole process was seamless from start to finish.

I am very pleased with the results of my abdominoplasty - the scar line is incredibly neat and healing well. Equally, Mr Patel was frank and realistic with me about what could and could not be achieved. It is very easy for surgeons to offer you the world in the hope of securing your business, only for the result to be a disappointment. Mr Patel exceeded expectations. He clearly takes great pride in his work and is a perfectionist in all he does.

He also has a very thorough programme of aftercare, including regularly consultations in the months following surgery to ensure there are no complications.

In short, I would highly recommend Mr Patel.

When me and my wife first met Mr Patel to discuss removing excess skin above my eyes (Blepharoplasty), he reassured me of the concerns I had. He told me that I would be able to see much better and it would also look better, by opening up my eyes. He explained the procedure in detail. On the day of the surgery he came to see me before to make sure I was ok and again explain the procedure, which I found put me at ease. I went home the same day and at each visit back to see him he has always shown great care. I would have no doubt at all to recommend him. I am very pleased with my results I can see much better, and my eyes look better for it too.

Mr Patel is an excellent surgeon. I had a melanoma and lymph nodes removed and he explained all that would happen and reassured me of the process. The scars, although quite long are very tidy. His PA, Kristina is also excellent at managing all the admin and helping to resolve any non surgical issues.

Mr Nakul Patel performed my Abdominoplasty, liposuction and breast augmentation (lift/reduction) in February 2026.

From my first consultation with Mr Patel he has reassured me and put me at ease, no question or query has been to much and never dismissed. I also appreciated that he didn't sugar coat anything and told me straight what to expect instead of selling me a dream e.g what to expect during recovery, mobility and results etc.
My surgery was performed in Nuffield Leicester the hospital and staff were all amazing and Mr Patel checked in with me regularly during my stay. 5 days post op I was experiencing post op blues and Mr Patel called me out of working hours to speak to me for at least 40 mins and reassured me that what I was feeling was completely normal, he also got me booked in the next morning with a nurse for a once over to set my mind at rest, he went above and beyond when he is so busy and could have easily got someone else to call on his behalf.
I would recommend Mr Patel to anyone who is looking at having surgery he along with his team are all just outstanding.
I need to mention finally Mr Patels PA Kristina she is wonderful always fast at responding with answers to questions and booking follow up appointments.

I had my surgery at Nuffield Leicester the whole experience was 5stars. Mr Patel and his team were amazing . They made me feel relaxed from start to finish . Mr Patel removed 2 large lipomas from my shoulder he was very precise about where he cut me as I have a tattoo on my shoulder and he made sure that the scar wouldn’t be visible, the man is a genius at what he does he is very kind and considerate with his patients I would recommend him 10 times over . From start to finish I felt looked after, cared for and listened to.
I was put at ease with any questions I had about my mastopexy. Dr Patel was honest and ensured I had a realistic vision of my results.
I was given regular follow up calls prior to surgery to ensure I felt prepared. During surgery the team both in theatre and on the ward looked after me. I suffered a hematoma and was taken back into theatre but I was constantly reassured and Dr Patel and his team acted quickly to stop the bleeding. My recovery went smoothly, I was looked after post operation. I never felt any questions were too much trouble, if I was worried I would receive a call from Dr Patel to reassure me and double check everything. I felt extremely looked after and cared for.
The results have been amazing, the best desicion I made, I couldn't be happier.

In 2019 Mr Patel performed rebuilding surgery after major surgery for cancer on my side,he is very professional and without him performing the operation I would not be here now.

I had a mastopexy (breast lift) on the first of December last year, and I truly couldn’t be happier with the results. From my very first consultation, Mr Patel was warm, approachable, and easy to talk to. He immediately put me at ease with his kindness and his clear depth of knowledge and experience. I felt completely confident that I was in very capable hands.

He explained everything thoroughly, including the realistic limitations, and set clear expectations ahead of surgery — which made me feel fully informed and reassured. Despite being honest and measured about the likely outcome, he actually exceeded my expectations. He took the time to ask detailed questions and made sure we were fully aligned on what I wanted to achieve, which I really appreciated.

Communication throughout the entire process was excellent. All appointments were well organised through his PA, and even after surgery — over the busy Christmas period — both Kristina and Mr Patel were readily available and supportive. They were always responsive and helpful, and I never once felt like I was being a bother.
