First time shopping on Namie Home and had great experience. The product I was looking for was out of stock on the site. I emailed customer services to ask if they knew when/if the product would be returning, their team advised it had been discontinued but kindly offered to double check back stock and were able to find what I was looking for and send it out to me promptly.
You don’t often get service like that these days, especially online. Pleasantly surprised, will return and recommend!

Easy to use website. Great products especially the bottles I chose as they were on offer. Brilliant having labels. Very nice touches from you re personal email and message in the packaging. I haven’t actually used the bottles yet as the bathroom is due to be upgraded next month but I am very happy with my Namie experience.

Items delivered quickly and look great in new kitchen. Prompt response to a query I had with one of the orders, but this was resolved very quickly and a replacement sent out immediately.

The whole experience of dealing with Namie was great. It threatened to be ruined by Evri (no surprises there!), but Namie people were quick to acknowledge the issue and send a replacement. Five stars all around

I bought the soap and hand cream dispensers and paid extra for the little tray. Unfortunately the stone tray was broken during delivery. This was a birthday present. Namie Home replaced immediately and still managed to send over night in time for the birthday. Brillant service and lovely product - thank you

Easy ordering and tracking of parcel, dispenser bottles are amazing and add a touch of elegance to my bathroom

I was a little sceptical about ordering but they make my kitchen look lovely will definitely order more well worth every penny , I had brown bottles and gold pumps white labels stunning

I ordered the name stickers for some jars.
Unfortunately there is no room for error and as I stuck it on I couldn’t adjust it. So now it’s not level and full of creases .
Be really helpful if you had a bit of play with them . Or be able to unstick and try again

I have bought a few of the amber glass jars and trays from Namie Home and the have been very high quality, giving your bathroom or kitchen that high end hotel look. I had an issue with one of the trays delaminating over time, but the customer service was excellent, and they replaced this for me really promptly.

I had a great experience with Namie Home and wanted to share how impressed I was with their customer service.

I purchased a Frosted Amber Glass Dispenser Set, and after almost a year of use, I noticed that the frosted coating on the bottom of both bottles had started to peel. I contacted Namie Home with photos and explained that the dispensers had always been kept clean and dry.

Jamie from the customer service team responded promptly, was understanding of my concerns, and immediately offered to replace both bottles. As an added gesture, they also provided bottle grips, which was very much appreciated.

The replacement bottles arrived quickly, and the entire process was handled professionally, courteously, and without any hassle. While it was disappointing to experience an issue with the original bottles, the way Namie Home dealt with the situation has given me even more confidence in the company.

Their products are stylish, reasonably priced, and look fantastic in the home. More importantly, they stand behind their products and genuinely care about their customers.
