Like other's I too ordered garden chairs and received cheap ear buds. Like other's I have been offered a partial refund which I declined. PayPal have twice declined my claim. Firstly because I allegedly hadn't provided the required information......I had. But I provided it again and my case was re-opened only to be declined again a day later. I've just spoken to them and it was declined the second time because they "can't locate the seller"!!? It's now re-opened again so we shall see. Next stop will be my credit card provider.

This company is a scam, they say something has been delivered, I would love to know how you get a sun bed through a letterbox. Do not buy from them.

Just like ALL the other reviews. They had an ad on Facebook and I ordered a hammock. They sent me a cheap pair of ear phones. No reply to any of my emails, so put in a PayPal claim.

They offered me a part refund via PayPal but with no message only the part refund which I refused and PayPal found in my favour and refunded my full amount.

Ironically a few minutes after I got the refund I received an email from Namiler to say my hammock (ear phones) had been delivered on the 29/06. I wasn't in so the hammock (ear phones) was miraculously delivered through letterbox!!!!

It’s a scam you can’t get hold of them at all.
I placed an order only to be told it’s on its way only to find I had been court in a scam.

Complete scam, DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.
I ordered via Facebook Ad, 2 garden hammocks, £30, tried emailing them to find out where they were, contacted PayPal and raised a dispute only for the company to provide shipping and delivery details via Hermes, they had apparently posted them through my letterbox. As they provided proof of delivery no refund from PayPal! I’m not a happy bunny to say the least 😡😡

They tell me that the items I ordered have been delivered, if they have been it’s not to me. Still trying to get a reply from emails they don’t seem to be very good at that either.

Ordered lounges instead got ear phone, I contacted them and they items have been delivered, I've now past it onto PayPal who are now dealing with it

They are absolute scamsters and have taken one notch up. Had got ads on Facebook for garden hanging lounge chairs and they sent me set of cheap 1 pound headphones instead and will claim they have delivered

PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY IT IS A SCAM. THOUGHT I BOUGHT A GARDEN LOUNGER, GOT A SET OF EARPHONES INSTEAD!! I HAVE NOW INFORMED MY BANK'S FRAUD DEPT. PAYMENT NOW CANCELLED.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE; THEY ARE A SCAM. I paid for 2 beautiful hanging reclining loungers and have received nothing. I cannot get a response from Namiler or Hermes.

Ordered an item online and never arrived. Tried to email them, no response. Checked the trustpilot review and found out website is really scam. Pls don’t order on this website, or else you’re wasting your time and money.

As everyone else says, this is a scam. I ordered a pool and was sent a rubber ring! The email address on the card enclosed with it doesn't exist and emailing the address on the website gets no replies. Thanks to the person who posted the seller's paypal details - I've sent a refund request over although I'm sure that'll be ignored. DO NOT USE

Don’t use this company. Scammers don’t return you contact emails. Send wrong items that are much cheaper and bear no resemblance to item ordered.
Stay away from them check all sites before you use.

I have been scammed to, had an advert on a gaming platform. I ordered goods for £30 and Namiler customer service answered my initial emails.
I got delivered a child toy, which wasn’t what I ordered. No reply to any of my emails, so put in a PayPal claim.
I did get offered a £9 part refund via PayPal but with no message only the part refund. Which I refused and PayPal found in my favour and refunded my full amount. Please do not use this website as they are scammers.
