The quality of the clothing is unimaginable and so amazing. I’m having pieces since 2021 and they’re still sharp. I’m always excited about their new collection for accessories and men clothing and I’ll always recommend it for everyone.

I am absolutely in love with Nanushka’s designs, their sustainable approach & luxurious craftmanship make every piece feel both stylish and timeless. From the buttery soft vegan leather to the impeccable fit, every detail is perfection!
At the Budapest store once happened I wanted purchase a jeans with an on sale price which was on the website. the sales-girl in the store informed me originally it is not for store shopping, but she did some calls and finally I have got the jeans on the lower price. Plus this piece is the one signature, wear it every day kind of <3

Excellent customer service and the garments were worth the money

anyone giving a 5 star is probably paid to or works in nanushka because this brand is disappointing .

Overpriced skam!!!!
I bought a pair of Trousers for more than 200 euros, I wear them 4 times and the fabric started to be ruined. I asked a refund and the reply has been: it is not a Production problem! Stat away from Nanushka!!

Horrible quality!!!
I have purchased a dress at department store for New Year’s Eve. I was really excited as it looked very cute on although the fabric felt quite cheap I was convincing myself it is actually great.

2 hours into the night and the strap broke off and I had to use TAPE to keep it in place. How embarrassing… for 800$ dress!!!

Got told the items were one price, then got to the till and they came out at some extortionate price.. Paid thinking i mis heard, went to check the receipt, i was wrong. Asked to return 5 mins later as was not expecting that price, refused the return. Now im left with some extremely poor quality items that are no where near worth the price i paid for them. Scam!! Very cheap Material.

Be aware of their sale scam! Bought some items in sale which were insanely oversized when they arrived and made of poor quality silk put together in China. When I went to return the items for a refund they informed me that each item would attract a £20 charge to return plus postage and packaging. I sent back two shirts so it ended up costing me £55 in total to try on two items of clothing. They didn't even offer and exchange size or credit just deducted it from the refund. Will never shop with this company again stick to Mr.Porter and get proper items and service.

Absolutely appalling company. My return has been received by their company but they have failed to refund me despite countless messages and emails to them.

Schlechtes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Keine gute Qualität. Schlechter Ruf allgemein unter den Modelabels, nicht umsonst ständig löschen und neu präsentieren der Ware.

Love the bede shoes, not sure about their sustainability practices though. Pretty expensive, but if it's something you've been eyeing up for a while I think it's worth it. Very unique designs

Total panic, order cancelled, approximate response
For my part, I was a little disgusted, I even told myself that I do not want to do business with them anymore.
To be honest.
I had quick answers regarding a cancelled order, =10% commercial discount knowing very well that it was my first order and I was entitled to its 10% anyway.
Finally, a few things need to be improved

Nanushka is becoming one of my favorite brands lately, I have made 3 orders online so far from their website, and everything has been great, the first 2 orders arrived in less than 5 days, the 3rd order took a bit long, but customer service was very helpful.. I have just made a 4th order :).. As for quality, to me it is as expected from a contemporary brand, nice quality, nice packaging, could be better in terms of stitching perhaps (a few loose threads on a shirt). But overall I am pleased!

One of my favorite brand, great design, however the quality is sometimes lower than expected (material, finishing...)
Good experience overall.
