Generally a great experience
Generally a great experience. Our salesman, Christian, was great - polite, helpful and knowledge.
Would give 5 stars, but there was a 2 week delay in delivery of our car. Unfortunately Christian was on holiday, and other staff really weren't helpful, including not calling me back when they had promised to.
On Christian's return, phone calls were made and problem solved. But not before the insurance on the car I was trading in ran out and I had to buy short term cover.
Very happy with my new S5 Trophy!

Made to feel like nothing is to much trouble offered refreshments seating along with optional tv and magazines if you need to wait. Particularly grateful to Damien and Shane great attitudes very customer orientated.

Excellent Service
I met with a wonderful sales man, names Damien Perkins. He was professional, but very intune with the customer, namely me. There was no hard sell, just a sound knowledge of the car and he understood my requirements. His professionalism went over and above to what I've experienced from any sales person I've dealt with in my 50 years of driving.

Really good deals on MG cars
Really good deals on MG cars. Have recommended to my family also. My daughter had a minor fault on hers- fixed without a quibble even though the car was 6 years old. Sales staff are not pushy but know their stuff!

Christian my sales advisor was very professional, helpful and put me at ease. As far as sales are concerned my experience was 5 star . Unfortunately I have had to return six days later as the engine light has come on. Christian again was extremely helpful and I am hoping this is just a blip and all will be well with the car as I love it.
