The representative gave excellent advice about my new car lease and this was communicated well. My questions were also answered regarding the vehicle functions including the menus within the infotainment system. Bravo.

Direct with the facts. Showed me my options. Offered a test drive. Gave me the option for 3 years service cover. And it comes with 7 year warranty! Surprised me with the quick turnaround and I was off out the door with a new car. Fantastic.

Martin Watch the sales man was very helpful and friendly from the moment we first arrived at the showroom to the day we picked up the new car. Martin kept in contact updating me on the progress of the handover process. On the Day of the handover Martin was at the door to greet me and talked me through the handover process and gave me a demonstration of the instrument panel ect. He also directed me to the my MG website for Extra help. I will definitely recommend Cwmbran MG to friends and family and work colleagues

I would give zero stars if possible, my son took his car to the dealership in Cwmbran for its MOT, unfortunately it failed due to a warranty brake fault. My son was left stranded 15miles from home, unable to get home to pick up his daughter from nursery and unable to get to work the next day. No assistance from the dealership, luckily my wife was able to stop her work and pick him up and I loaned him my car. Due to no car I then had to walk to 2miles through the freezing snow to work and home. No apology from the service, no response from their WhatsApp but plenty of excuses.
Take my advice and go elsewhere, nothing but unhelpful.

From initial visit right through to purchasing and picking car up everyone was helpful and attentive. Would highly recommend Nathaniel to anyone looking for their next car.
