The window fitter was that came out was a nice guy. Knew what he was doing, and very friendly - always good when you can have good communication with people and you can see they take pride in their job. Replacement window on my 27 year old car looks and fits as good as new. Very happy.

Poor workmanship
Quick to get me booked in and replacement done within 2 hours but when i picked my truck up there was black mastic left on my bonnet and the inside wasn't hoovered out, leaving small bits of glass on the dash,all over the floor and centre console. Overall quality of workmanship was very poor.

Easy booking, quick turnaround.
After being continuously being let down by another national company preferred by our insurance company we opted to go with National Windscreens. I really wish we had had the option earlier! Front side window repair.
When Michael came to my home to fix the window he explained what he was going to do and then carried out the repair quickly and efficiently. He removed broken glass from the car interior and left everything clean and tidy. My overall score is 4 stars because I had to phone the customer service department on two occasions to find out what was happening with scheduling my repair. Once he got involved the Aldershot branch manager got things moving and booked the repair for a time convenient for me.

Excellent service
Excellent service, after receiving a lovely stone chip on my van windscreen I booked via my insurance company for a full screen replacement. Pre paid excess and was booked in swiftly. After arrival it was investigated and I was offered a chip repair. Great as had a near full refund £10 charge for the repair. The team there were fantastic and helpful.

Fast, Efficient Windscreen Replacement
The whole experience was great. Initially getting advice about whether the crack was repairable revealed it was too large due to being within the A-zone. I booked for a replacement screen online & managed to get a slot the following week. Jordan handled the actual replacement & kept me updated with progress - it was completed an hour ahead of schedule. Upon pickup, I was given advice on not jet-washing etc for the first 72hrs. All in all a very good service & I'd have no qualms using them in the future.
