The person who fitted was excellent, very clean, made no mess what so ever and most importantly was very polite and generally a top man. Highly recommend this company.

Tesla model 3 …
I had to pay £99 to Tesla because when they replaced windscreen on my Tesla model 3 they disconnected a cable when finished the job they haven't put it back. I was having fault light warning autopilot not working so took it to Tesla and they found out they haven't connected that cable from national windscreen.I asked them to compensate that money back and nothing resolved. They keep saying person looking after your case busy bla bla

Windscreen Replacement
I had an appointment for 10.00am but work did not start on my car until after 11.00am with no explanation. The technician should also have fitted new windscreen wipers which he confirmed on the day he had but I subsequently found he had not. Fortunately the cost of the wipers was refunded automatically so no great harm done. The primary function of the visit was met, however customer service on the day was a little lacking.

Dropped car off only to be phoned and…
Dropped car off only to be phoned and told that replacement windscreen was not here, and to collect my car or keep in overnight, decided to keep overnight and rang centre who said my car will be ready first thing in morning, wasn’t ready till 2-3pm the following day after numerous calls to chase up, a lot of instances centre was not reachable and it puts you into contact with customer service which wasn’t very convenient when I needed to contact the Aston centre.

Excellent in every way
Turned up on time, with the correct windscreen. The very polite technician had the job done in an hour with no fuss or mess. The on line booking and xs payment was simple. They were able to check my insurance cover within seconds. A breath of fresh air compared with other businesses who consistently fail to get it right first time!
