The person who fitted was excellent, very clean, made no mess what so ever and most importantly was very polite and generally a top man. Highly recommend this company.

I was very disappointed with my windscreen repair experience
I was very disappointed with my experience, as there was a significant delay in getting my windscreen repaired, and when the engineer finally attended, they caused additional electrical issues. This led to further delays before the insurer arranged for an independent company, who ultimately resolved the problem and provided excellent customer service. While the final repair was satisfactory, the overall process was far too long, the initial mistake caused considerable inconvenience and cost, and the £50 compensation offered felt inadequate. As a result, I am now reconsidering my renewal options and have shared my negative experience with colleagues, friends, and family.

Worst Customer service ever
Worst Customer service ever. Tech. never turned up. Had to cancel in end. No communication at all. No driver tracker. Numerous failed promises. No answer from 24hr line! I did email Customer Services.... no response.

They damaged my car
They damaged my car. This included paint scratches, damage to an integral bolt that helps secure the spoiler, and a small dent. In addition, the overall finish of the repair itself was below an acceptable standard.
During the repair, the engineer cut himself on the glass and bled inside the vehicle. I had to clean this myself afterwards, which was both unpleasant and unacceptable.
I emailed them, as instructed by them, with my concerns and its been 2 weeks without any response.
