After having my windscreen replaced at…
After having my windscreen replaced at the centre Bolton my inside interior was covered in mud and dirt around my frame.
My mirror cover was forced off resulting in being damaged and my windscreen has a weird magnifying effect to it that is detracting when driving.
The glass has also got marks on it and I have complained about this but nothing has been done to fix the issues.
Very unhappy customer.

Chaotic
Booked an appointment for the Thursday, received confirmation that the appointment was confirmed. When I went on tracking it gave me details of someone else’s booking, address and registration. Called twice, was assured they would be there. No technician appeared. Rebooked for Monday, was promised vouchers for the inconvenience of the no show. No vouchers appeared. Technicians did arrive on Monday, to be clear they were great. Really professional and approachable. When they came to the payment they had no knowledge it was to be done through insurance even though all documents had been sent and I had confirmation they had received them. The office didn’t know and had to search to confirm it was an insurance job.

Good service
Good service, good communication about the work from the depot and good quality job done, no complaints.
The location needs some investment, a coat of paint and some well earned TLC, it felt as though I was walking in to a back street garage

I needed a glass replacement
I needed a glass replacement. I contacted national windscreens and arranged a appointment, i was then text to confirm date.
No contact from the the morning of due date so I contacted them, they apologised as the fitter should of been in contact.
Dinner time came no contact. I rang them again and again the apologised and advised it would be that afternoon and the fitter would be in contact.
15.40 came and low and behold national window screens contacted me to advise the glass could not be fitted today due to being broke.
Lost a day's wage due to bad communication.
If you value your time don't go with this company, got a apology but you could tell they was not bothered.
Go with autoglass.
Also I did complain to customer relations department and the answer was sorry. Absolutely incredible £300 lost in wages for the first day and then £300 lost I had take the second day off.
Don't risk it with this company go else where.
