Booking was quick and easy
Booking was quick and easy, the appointment was at 12pm. Got the car there 5 minutes before and handed over the keys, 15 minutes later the windscreen was repaired and the car was ready to drive away.

I had my windscreen replaced last January at the Hove branch, and everything went smoothly and on time. I’m very pleased with the result.
What really impressed me, though, was their outstanding customer service. It was a freezing day, and my car battery died just as I went to pick it up. One of their team members actually came back on his way home to help jump-start my car. Thanks to him, I didn’t have to wait in the cold and dark for roadside assistance, which could have taken ages.
I’m truly grateful for the kindness and extra effort. Well done to the whole team at National Windscreens!

Great service and communication
Great service and communication. He arrived an hour early but Gary took it all in his stride. We got back. He’s still doing the final check over. Clearly a man who takes pride in his work highly recommend.
