Wasn't impressed with my service.
Wasn't impressed with my service.
Took 6 days to my car fitted with glass and when I had my car back there was glass in my car where the engineer didn't clean my car properly after fitting.

Do a good job eventually
The office side of the job was appalling but the technician was fantastic and did an amazing job. Bookings were made then changed within minutes and finally postpones the night before they were due to turn up and rearranged for yet another date.

Didn't turn up when appointment said
Didn't turn up when appointment said, app for time of arrival didn't work
Told glass didn't turn up
Told they couldn't do car outside the house after appointment made
Had to take car in to workshop where then told they still didn't have the glass
When glass turned up it was broken and had another wait till it turned up

Incorrect screen was initially ordered. This resulted in a 2nd trip to Cardiff which was inconvenient and time consuming.

and the Cardiff Office - Reason for low score was that the new glass does not match the glass on the other (off) side which was replaced in 2024 (by National windscreens)
It doesn’t match in tint colour or definition and looks a bit odd
