Great service
I was expecting someone coming to my house to fit the repacement windscreen. But, due to the rain all dsy, I was asked to take it to them. Nice welcoming, cheery staff. Made me a cup of tea on arrival while I waited..Car left nice and clean afterwards. Good job done of the windscreen

Was kept informed through out .came to the home first and unable to repair.contacted very quickly to book in to go to workshop spoke to a very helpful professional person nothing was to much trouble.repair was perfect and kept car overnight which we were very happy with .felt looked after but the whole team.thankyou.

Replacement windscreen needed
Came to our home and explained that the crack could not be repaired so the car was booked in for a replacement windscreen at a time to suit us. This work was completed satisfactorily in a morning. Very pleasant knowledgeable staff.

The communication from the manager the day before averted a wasted trip, as the correct windscreen for my Model Y wasn't in stock at the Chesterfield branch, he organised stock and called back to assure me everything would be ready for the appointment.
Great customer service is about picking up the phone and talking to customers, not sms or emails.
