How are you still in business
How are you still in business customer service is absolutely shocking. Even the complaints procedure was a brush off. The fitting and the staff at the depot on the day of the appointment were great , friendly and professional . My grievance is the communication or lack of. I was twice promised a phone call which did not happen. No missed calls only receiving a text asking me to call. When I called the number left on the text I got the National call centre and just went round the whole process again. Waiting nearly two weeks to have a new screen to be fitted is not acceptable when it has a large split across it.so ended up taking it off the road. If I had not paid up prior to fitting I would have gone elsewhere locally.

Windscreen replacement
I can only say that the experience was a good one , as I dropped our vehicle off, to have the windscreen replaced, they told me they would let me know when it was ready, and how long it should take.

I dropped off my car, the mechanic was polite and as promised he called when my car was ready. Windscreen replaced and car cleaned after the work done.

Had to wait on site as I had no way of travelling back while the windscreen was being replaced. Luckily the staff were very accommodating and did the job as quickly as possible.
