The new windscreen was not clean
The new windscreen was not clean. Lots of sticker marks, finger marks on the inside of the screen that should have been cleaned .

What they did well is get the car…
What they did well is get the car booked in very quickly. What was not so good was they never cleaned all the bits of rubbish like what looked like fragments or glass and other bits of debris after fitting the new window screen not good when it was a new car

Very friendly staff and kept me well…
Very friendly staff and kept me well informed as to what was happening. Very good communication before arriving at garage. Only issue was when l went to use windscreen washers they never worked properly. Upon opening bonnet found hose was unclipped and hence had been pinched. I put hose back in clip and all seems fine now.
