Well after having a replacement…
Well after having a replacement windscreen fitted, on inspection it was awful. Having spoke to Sam at the Derby branch and following a fitter coming to my house to view the installation it was agreed a replacement was needed. I received an email on 1/7/25 confirming my replacement had been ordered and have heard no more by 9/7/25. I have tried calling the branch several times and they don’t answer my calls, patiently tried to use live chat and unfortunately they were unable to help but suggested I call 0800373171 to resolve my issue. Waited over an hour on the phone then gave up. Exhausted!

When I returned to pay the bill there…
When I returned to pay the bill there was no available card machine. I was told to phone the call centre to pay. I tried 5 times each waiting over 20 minutes without success. Absolutely useless service

Not satisfied
Not satisfied, was not fix by a professional. the windscreen was not aligned to fit the passenger side piller. When he pushed the screen towards the driver side, the side rubber of the screen was pushed down. You can't see the side rubber of the screen on the right piller.

Don't repair what you don't know about
Screen repairer decided to glue my dashcam to my new windscreen facing the wrong way so the rear camera was left hanging from the main dashcam unable to be inserted into the main forward facing dashcam therefore unusable.

The replacement went well
The replacement went well, absolutely fine. My only problem was the limited number of depots available which meant I had to travel quite a way to have the work carried out.
